It's episode 190 and Matt, Ted, and Travis attempt to break down the international week in which several VfBers saw the field - in Stuttgart, no less - alongside the Bundesliga match versus second place BVB. To do so, the fellas give their "winners" and "losers" of the last two weeks, which, of course includes both Deniz and Sebastian - on both sides - as well as Dan Hurley. YES, THAT DAN HURLEY! Ted and Travis chat up the week that was, a rough end to VfB's UEL campaign at Porto and a fantastic bounce-back win over the Flaming Pineapples of Augsburg. Along the way they chat the Frauen's record setting match versus M05, VfBDeutschland, and goals going forward as the season is winding down to what should be a crazy exciting ending!

188 - VfBFCP and VfBRBL ... and win or go home!

It's a big week of ups and downs for the fellas (and Ffrauen!) in the brustring, so Matt, Ted, and Travis try to cover all the big news, from the frustrating loss at home to Porto in the UEL to the fantastic result at home versus RBL. Along the way the guys chat the big Frauen match versus Mainz, the form of Deniz, the role of Ata, the upcoming schedule, and of course the Irish holiday of St. Patty's Day in America ... a holiday that we think is ... um ... Irish ... we think...?

It's another odd match versus Mainz and why not bring back self-professed Mainz expert Rob! Rob, who has actually visited the place, flew back home just for this episode while Ted wanted to express his thanks to whoever came up with daylight savings time. Along the way they also find time to chat about the match that was - an unlucky/lucky draw - and that match that will be - the UEL match at home versus Porto - and try to figure out ... what's more important ... the UEL or the Buli? OR BOTH?!

The crew of Matt, Ted, and Travis are back together and chatting a wild couple weeks, focusing on the loss at home versus Celtic - which was basically a win - and the big win versus Wolfsburg - which cemented both clubs' status at various ends of the table. It's episode 185 and with Matt on international duty and Ted on daddy duty it's up to Travis to attempt to break down a wild week in which VfB destroyed one of the most iconic clubs in the world but then almost lost to one of the worst clubs in the Bundesliga. 184 - VfBKOE ... 3:1 and talking to a lover of the Goat!

Jake from 50+ Döner, an "unbiased" KOE supporter, joins us for the third time to talk the most recent match, a tough 3:1 win for the fellas in the Brustring. While avoiding talking about the match as much as possible, the guys do talk the VfBFrauen, the 108 matches between these two, coaching, goalkeeping, officiating, ESPN+, Julian Chabot, kits, and why doesn't Fritzle wear pants. It's pretty much everything you'd expect from two fellas who enjoy the company of stuffed animals. Enjoy!

183 - KSVVfB and FCSPVfB ... and the SuperBowl!

It's episode 183 and Matt, Ted, and Travis are so psyched about the SuperBowl that they ... record through it. Anyway, they chat two gritty matches, two tough results, one big win, and one disappointing - but perhaps expected? - loss, both in the cold, cold confines of the north. Along the way Travis' computer tries to crash, they keep checking out the score of the American football match, and they give their opinion on the halftime show and the commercials ... with the latter being somewhat like the FCSP match ... not really worth watching. Like this epis ... Wait ... what?!

182 - Spätzle Derbysieger and Get in the Cage!

It's episode 182 and Ted and Travis chat two big wins - a UEL win over Young Boys and a Buli win over Freiburg, both stressful in their own ways! We start off celebrating Nic Cage - as you'd expect! - and former #19's and then dive into the great start versus Young Boys and the great finish versus Freiburg. Along the way we tie in as many Nic Cage films as we can ... and as he's got over 117 to his name, we've plenty to choose from! So join us and "Get in the Cage" as we break down the Europa League and the derby-not-derby that is Freiburg!

It's episode 181 so we try something new with our audio intro and only mess it up for the first two minutes of the episode! But don't worry, we end up chatting about what is most important - THE RED KITS AND THE NON MATCHING RED SHORTS - so you know you've come to the right place to chat all things VfB (as long as it's about color schemes). We also chat the rough match in Italy, the get-right match in Gladbach, and the matches coming up - a seemingly easy one at home versus old friends Young Boys and a seemingly tough one versus local neighbors Freiburg. All that and Deniz as mayor?!

It's our first episode of the New Year and what a way to start 2026 on the pitch than a win away at Leverkusen, a club VfB hadn't enjoyed a win against in 15 matches (which gives Travis a chance to break out one of his favorite quotes of all-time from the great Vitus Gerulaitis!). The guys chat the match, the players, and the tactics before saying hello to one newbie and goodbye to an old friend. It was meant to be a short episode as we've got some more matches this week but can you blame the fellas for going over the top after such a big win?!

178 - Holiday Hinrunde Review!

It's our final episode of 2025 and who better to join Matt, Ted, and Travis as they dish out some holiday dinner awards than ESPN's very own Derek Rae! After chatting about their fav holiday TV episodes, the quartet then hand out some major awards - The Roast Turkey Award ... the Glazed Ham Award ... the Fruit Cake Award ... and of course ... THE MAULTASCHEN AWARD! The fellas then wrap up episode 178 by putting some white and red gifts under the VfB tree before Derek "The Oracle" Rae makes his annual - and bold! - VfB prediction for the Rückrunde! Happy holidays all!

It's episode 177 and Matt, Ted, and Travis attempt to break down an intense but somewhat forgettable match versus TSG, a club that we just can't seem to beat, even at home. After chatting the match, the guys jump into the potential awards they and the VfB Americana OFC will be handing out for the 2025/2026 season. Who will win the Roast Turkey Award? Glazed Ham? The dreaded Fruitcake Award?! Find out as the fellas unintentionally insult pretty much everyone ... but what would a family dinner be like without family members offending one another?!
