235. Complimentary Snacks
2026/10/28
In this episode,
The boys are back with another episode of absolute f*****g nonsense.
Hard Rated has apparently sent regular Solo to the grave & BuzzBallz are taking over Australia.
Pikey wins the Cox Plate on Cosmic Crusader, the Group 1 Punt Off heats up, and GOAT’S WA SLIPS is either about to take over WA racing or become the biggest financial collapse since the GFC.
Horse racing best bets go 3/3, the football bets finally hit for the first time this season, and the A-League continues to treat us like a group of blokes who deserve to lose money.
We get into Fleetwood upsetting Arsenal, Troy Deeney producing some all-time cooked takes, whether Harry Kane should’ve won the Ballon d’Or, and the never-ending Manchester United shitshow. Plus, A-League Matchday 3 best bets, EPL Matchday 9 predictions and a multi that could either pay the bills or have us eating two-minute noodles until Christmas.
Then the real journalism begins.
Food poisoning before a flight, people who need separate dry and wet driver’s licences, blokes making absolutely demonic noises in public toilet cubicles, complimentary pokies food that wouldn’t pass a prison inspection, couples putting the lock emoji in their Instagram bios, and people with Do Not Disturb on who act like they’re negotiating world peace.
And because apparently the world isn’t cooked enough already, a bloke gets JAILED for setting a café on fire because there was no mayo on his chips.
NO MAYO. STRAIGHT TO THE F*****G SLAMMER.
We also investigate whether the viral food festival was worth the hype and what the boys have been up to, before wrapping things up with another round of punting opinions that absolutely nobody should be taking financial advice from.

234. Time Out
2026/10/21
In this episode,
Another week of CSP and the boys are somehow allowed to have a microphone.
We kick things off discussing the TWO jobs in the world you can’t get fired from before recapping our weekend, Tempted winning the Everest, Ka Ying Rising’s Everest run and whether his legacy has taken a hit, what’s next for Tempted, Joliestar and Headwall’s huge runs, and Kingswood absolutely causing scenes in the Caulfield Cup.
Then things take a turn for the worse. Asking drunk people for a one-word answer, cleaning the house absolutely pissed, your mate pressing the pokie machine without asking, getting sent to gambling timeout, a woman claiming too much coffee during pregnancy made her baby dark, a bloke smuggling 48 beers in a double stroller, and an artist flogging an INVISIBLE sculpture for $18K. The world has officially gone to shit.
We also get into bartenders who try way too hard, an Uber driver who wouldn’t stop smoking darts, Uber Eats picking up your food only to drive straight past your house for another delivery, hotel butter harder than concrete, and blokes who wear a f*****g cap with a suit.
Somehow we eventually remember we’re a sports podcast. Doué vs Lamine Yamal, Ballon d’Or chat, the A-League best bet, Rugby League World Cup bets, EPL Matchday 8 preview, and a full UFC 333 preview and betting breakdown.
From Group 1 racing to absolute societal collapse, this episode has everything. The takes are questionable, the headlines are cooked, and the punting decisions will probably require financial counselling.

233. Ka Ying's Cabana
2026/10/15
In this episode,
The CSP boys are back, and this week’s episode is an absolute circus. We’re kicking things off with the biggest clickbait Instagram influencers going around, before diving into the breaking news that Pride Of Jenni is OUT of the King Charles. Racing drama, cooked takes and a room full of blokes who reckon they know better than everyone else. What could possibly go wrong?
We’ve also got a fresh batch of everyday things that send us absolutely feral. Old people still trying to make the 67 joke, unsubscribing from junk mail only to be interrogated like you’re applying for a mortgage, and the heartbreaking moment your number one shoes officially become your number two shoes. Spilling oil on a brand-new shirt, watching someone bring a cabana the size of the Opera House to the beach, and trying to work out why hotel showers have exactly two temperatures: the surface of the sun or Antarctica. We’re talking waking up five hours before your alarm, putting your belt on before the plane has even taken off, people constantly tapping things while unboxing them, influencers filming themselves eating with the camera practically inside their mouths, and tucking your ears into your hat. And if your mate has ever bought complimentary food for the entire pub table without consulting the group, you already know the kind of psychological warfare we’re dealing with.
Then it’s time to stop carrying on and start pretending we’re professional punters. We break down EPL Matchday 7 with our best bets, run through the football and A-League best bets, and then turn our attention to the biggest sprint race in the country: THE EVEREST. We’re previewing the field, sorting the yes and no runners, building our top four and putting our faith in one horse in particular. KA YING RISING. The boys are backing the superstar to get the job done, and apparently nothing short of a meteor hitting Royal Randwick is changing that opinion.
From there, we head to Caulfield for the Caulfield Cup preview, betting plays and yes-or-no runners, before attacking Races 6–10 looking for the best bets and value the market has somehow managed to overlook. Then it’s over to Randwick for Races 5–10, where we go hunting for winners and lock in our best bets. Will the data save us, will the form guide betray us, or will we be back explaining how unlucky we were? Only one way to find out.
We wrap things up with Goat’s early Ascot mail and a Rugby League World Cup best bet, because apparently one sport and one questionable financial decision per weekend simply isn’t enough for this crew.
The tips are ready, the confidence is dangerously high, and the bank accounts are once again being put through an unnecessary stress test.

232. Buzzballz
2026/10/07
In this episode,
Another absolutely cooked episode of CSP is here, and somehow we’ve managed to cover Buzzballs, the Roosters winning the NRL Grand Final, Messi retiring from international football and why you should probably never trust us with a punt.
We’re talking the best long weekend, officially experiencing Elevator Captain, the international break finally f*****g off, Australia heading to South Africa for the first time since Sandpaper Gate and the Rugby League World Cup being upon us.
Then we get into the serious business — Messi calling time on international football, Ronaldo’s latest Portugal drama, Everest spots taking shape, MyRaceHorse trying to flog shares off Ninja’s trial win, Ka Ying Rising’s trial, Ceolwulf chasing a King Charles hat-trick and reopening some old punting scars before running through the horses to follow.
And then, naturally, everything completely falls apart.
Double barrel shotgunning the worst drink known to mankind, Ron Ron Juice making its comeback, cleaning your house, car and even your f*****g teeth before someone professionally cleans them, two drive-through lanes with one cashier, rocking up to a public pool in a snorkel and flippers, waiting 20 minutes to save $5 and cafes somehow charging for “complimentary” cookies.
We also investigate Uber Eats drivers completing three other deliveries before reaching your house, testing out a headband through shadow boxing in Rebel, people wearing full golf and tennis outfits just to spectate, Daniil Medvedev launching one into a spectator, parents developing selective hearing and why putting my actual weight on a missing persons poster is absolutely unacceptable.
Somewhere along the way we break the Football Best Bets Rule before eventually remembering we’re a sports podcast and finishing with an EPL Matchday 6 preview and multi.
CSP. No structure. No standards. Just vibes, sport and some seriously questionable decisions.

231. Elevator Captain
2026/09/29
In this episode,
We’re back!! After disappearing off the face of the earth for a while, CSP has returned with no explanation, no structure and somehow 50 minutes worth of absolute nonsense to get through.
We kick things off with where the hell we’ve been, before immediately questioning whether FC 27 is actually an upgrade or whether EA have just changed the number on the box and expected us to hand over another $100. From there we run through everything happening in the sporting world, including the Nations League, which nobody really gives a f**k about, Australia somehow holding Brazil to a 1-1 draw and the Newcastle Knights producing one of the most unbelievable wins you’ll see over Penrith.
Nathan Cleary’s injury gets dissected, the hip drop debate continues and then we get into the Group 1 Punt Off. Warwoven wins the Golden Rose, Fremantle absolutely shit the bed in the Wharfie, Everest slots are still available and everyone is scrambling to work out who gets the remaining spots. Then, after apparently finding his way back from whatever Belmont-shaped cave he was hiding in, The Goatmen returns with five winners.
From there the episode completely falls off the rails. Is Grand Final pre-game entertainment actually worth the hype? Haaland has scored against every Premier League team he’s faced, and somehow this leads us into the completely unrelated topic of waking up blind drunk, smashing your shin into the coffee table and then having to negotiate your way to the kitchen like you’re escaping a war zone.
We question why grown men are still doing choreographed entrance dances at their mates’ weddings, why influencers are spending their lives recreating recipes that already exist, and whether it’s socially acceptable to support two teams in the same sport without being labelled a complete fraud.
We then move onto players getting booked for celebrations, the unwritten law of how close you need to be to an elevator before someone is obligated to hold the f*****g thing, people absolutely abusing the horn for no reason, and the ongoing battle of trying to get an Uber Eats delivery to a house with no number, no lights and apparently no intention of being found.
And finally, because this is supposedly a sports podcast, we remember there’s an NRL Grand Final happening and get stuck into the preview, the match-up, the tips and whatever we can come up with before kick-off.
CSP is back. An hour of sport, punts, arguments, questionable logic and conversations that absolutely did not need to happen.

2026/09/02
In this episode,
The boys are back, and somehow we’ve managed to cover the entire football world, horse racing, passports, Volleys, influencers, cooking frauds, family-tree disasters and a $23 EPL multi that ACTUALLY F*****G WON to kick things off!!
We recap the weekend, investigate Hull City’s ridiculous start, discuss the transfer window finally closing, wonder what the hell has happened to Alexander Isak, celebrate the Socceroos absolutely cooking it in Europe and give Beiwacht his flowers after taking out the Memsie Stakes
Then things take a sharp turn into the real important issues… Will Goat ever return? What is the most horrific way to lose a bet? Why do airlines care so much about six months on your passport? Who the hell is still wearing Volleys? And why does every influencer recipe that claims to take 10 minutes actually require 47 ingredients, three pans and half your f*****g day?
We also try to process the state of the world after hearing about a step-son dating his step-mum, watch influencers film themselves in public like they’re starring in a Marvel movie, and obviously reveal our highly sophisticated football betting system…
Lol. We’re lying.
Then it’s time for the Match-Day 3 EPL preview, another questionable multi, a completely unnecessary investigation into how long Haaland will actually stay at Man City, and finally we attempt to sign off before someone says something that gets us cancelled.
Football. Punting. Absolute nonsense. And apparently we can actually win a multi. What more could you possibly want?

229. Puffer Vest
2026/08/26
In this episode,
We kick things off with the weekend recap before immediately launching into the most important issue facing society: are sleeveless vests actually that cooked? From there, City Rail decides to ruin everyone’s day again, we reveal what’s coming on the pod, and investigate the bizarre phenomenon of strangers buying you drinks for absolutely no reason.
Then we descend into complete societal chaos — media camping outside Christmas parties, journalists losing their minds over athletes liking Instagram posts, the unstoppable rise of sunglasses straps, and the ongoing war against anyone still wearing ripped or skinny jeans in 2026.
We also tackle dogs in cafés, people carrying their phones around on key lanyards like they’re heading into Year 8 camp, and possibly the most cooked wedding tradition of all time: your dog walking you down the aisle.
Then things get sporting. We decide which athlete would run the greatest nightclub, name our EPL Team of the Season, discuss whether Ka Ying Rising could see off Autumn Glow, preview EPL Matchday 2, investigate Aston Villa’s financial problems, and somehow finish with an EPL Matchday 2 multi because apparently financial responsibility was never on the agenda.
An absolutely cooked episode covering football, racing, questionable fashion choices, public transport trauma, dogs, Instagram nonsense and whatever the f**k else happens along the way.
Strap yourselves in. It’s a mess. 🎙️🍻⚽️

228. Leftovers
2026/08/20
In this episode,
The boys are back, the Group 1 Punt Off is back, the NRL is cooking, the Premier League is finally back, and somehow we’ve already managed to go completely off the rails.
We kick things off with NRL signings, the Perth Bears, PNG and what’s been happening before getting stuck into the return of the Group 1 Punt Off and the GOAT being back this weekend.
Then it’s straight into Premier League chaos. Who’s getting relegated? Who makes the Top 6? Can Bournemouth sneak into the Top 6? Are Brentford about to shock everyone? Is Liverpool heading into a rebuilding season? Where do we actually place Chelsea? Will Manchester United improve on last season? Is this the start of a new era at Manchester City? And most importantly, is it Arsenal’s title to lose?
Then, because apparently football wasn’t enough, we get into the real issues facing society. People with personalised number plates, using Google Maps for a one-minute drive, whether Fulham are in danger of relegation, why Ferran Torres went to PSG, and people who film themselves crying on social media.
We also debate whether we should start making pokies videos, the absolute nightmare of having to stand for an entire train ride home while hungover, back-seat pokie players who think they’re professional gamblers, and the ultimate betrayal — someone eating your leftovers after you’ve been thinking about them all day.
Sport, betting, football, NRL, questionable opinions, pokies, hungover train rides and grievances nobody asked us to air publicly. Basically, two blokes with microphones and absolutely zero adult supervision.

227. Traffic Controller
2026/08/05
In this episode,
The podcast is officially back in full cooked mode after the World Cup break, and this week’s episode is basically a travelling circus that’s lost all supervision.
We’re straight back in the trenches of absolute nonsense, kicking things off with the original Jack3d formula and the OxyShred ingredient saga — aka the era where everyone was basically speedrunning mystery chemicals and pretending it was “just pre-workout”.
We run through what’s on this weekend, celebrate our long-overdue pokie redemption arc (despite clearly not learning a single lesson), drop the August podcast schedule, argue about the best season of the year to go out and completely ruin your life, and unpack the universal menace in every group chat — the bloke who orders the one drink that makes the bartender visibly question reality.
We also dive into whether zero alcohol beer deserves to exist on planet Earth, the new Zyzz documentary and its impact on gym culture delusion, Matt King becomes Blues coach, Danny Weidler the man that no one can escape, and the burning question absolutely nobody asked but somehow needs answered… do you have to be attractive to be a female traffic controller or is confidence enough?
The racing boys are back in full chaos mode too, breaking down the latest horse jump-outs and the Everest picture, where the horses are still “considering their options” like it’s a group project nobody wants to start.
Then we wrap with a full-blown La Liga 2026/27 season preview — relegation predictions, top six chaos, top four locks (apparently), who lifts the trophy, and who bags the Golden Boot. We also go through the biggest transfers, departures, clubs on the rise, clubs in freefall, and the young guns who are one good highlight reel away from being called “the next big thing”.
Another episode absolutely dripping in questionable takes, delusional confidence, sporting brain rot, and conversations that make you wonder how any of this got recorded, let alone published.
Strap in — it’s fully cooked.

226. 2026 World Cup Final Review
2026/07/22
In this episode,
The World Cup is officially done and we’ve got absolutely everything to unpack after Spain’s historic triumph. We kick things off by talking through how we celebrated Spain lifting the trophy before diving into whether the World Cup halftime show actually worked and if the tournament was a success in the USA.
We don’t hold back on Argentina’s fanbase, England’s ridiculous 6-4 third-place win over France, Spain’s relentless pressing masterclass, Argentina failing to register a single shot on target in 120 minutes, and the dirty tactics that crept into the final.
We break down Rodri’s unbelievable tournament, just how far Luis de la Fuente can take this Spanish side, Spain’s toughest test on the road to glory, and whether Rodri truly deserved the Golden Ball.
We somehow end up debating whether Ferran Torres was the best-looking bloke at the World Cup, why Keyne Yamal was the funniest part of the tournament, how Spain completely neutralised Messi, and the Argentine captain’s controversial antics after the final whistle.
We also look ahead at what’s next for Argentina once Messi eventually calls it a day, give credit to an outstanding refereeing performance, discuss what we’re punting on now that the World Cup has wrapped up, and ask whether Lamine Yamal is now the face of world football.
Then the big debates begin… was Spain’s knockout run the toughest ever, did Rodri produce the greatest World Cup by a midfielder in history, and was Argentina’s display in the final the worst we’ve ever seen?
We dive into the rumours surrounding Argentina’s dressing room before kick-off, whether third-place playoff goals should count towards the Golden Boot, Unai Simón’s surprisingly stress-free final, who wins the Ballon d’Or from here, Trump’s attempt to celebrate with the Spanish team, and finally sign off on an
unforgettable World Cup 2026.
Expect hot takes, plenty of laughs, complete football chaos, and enough unhinged opinions to keep everyone arguing until the next World Cup rolls around.

224. 2026 World Cup Quarterfinals Preview
2026/07/08
In this episode,
WORLD CUP CHAOS CONTINUES — QUARTER FINALS ARE HERE ⚽🌎
The World Cup has gone completely off the rails and the boys are back to dissect the madness. 48 teams? Genius idea or football’s biggest experiment gone wrong? Argentina and FIFA are back in the headlines, Balogan gets his red card overturned, and somehow the football gods keep finding new ways to create controversy.
We break down Belgium absolutely bullying the USA while the co-hosts are sent packing, Brazil doing Brazil things and collapsing in the knockout stages again, and the wild decision-making that has seen centre backs step up for penalties like they’ve been secretly training with Cristiano in the backyard.
We give Australia’s World Cup campaign a full review — the highs, the heartbreak, and what needs to happen next. Ronaldo’s final World Cup comes to an emotional end, Cape Verde become everyone’s favourite underdog story, and Jordan Pickford continues building the greatest goalkeeper highlights compilation known to mankind.
We also dive into Paraguay’s dark arts backfiring against France, our World Cup futures bets that are still alive (somehow the dreams are still breathing), Jordan Henderson breaking his wrist celebrating, and the latest Telegram winners.
Then it’s time to look ahead as the Quarter Finals arrive 🔥
🇫🇷 France vs Morocco 🇪🇸 Spain vs Belgium 🇧🇪
🇳🇴 Norway vs England 🏴 🇦🇷 Argentina vs Switzerland 🇨🇭
We break down every matchup, give our predictions, look at the chaos potential, and finish off with our Quarter Finals multi.
The World Cup is getting serious… but knowing this tournament, someone is about to do something absolutely cooked. 🌎🍿

223. 2026 World Cup Matchday 3 Preview
2026/06/23
In this episode,
The World Cup continues to deliver absolute scenes and, somehow, the chaos levels are only increasing.
Matchday 2 gave us statement wins, controversial talking points, superstar performances, heartbreak, meltdowns, and enough social media discourse to power the internet for the next decade. The knockout stage is looming, calculators are being dusted off, and entire nations are now relying on results from teams they’ve spent years mocking.
In this episode we unpack everything from another massive Australian performance against the USA, the teams exceeding expectations, the teams that have been stealing a living, and whether a certain little Argentine magician has finally ended the greatest debate football has ever known.
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappé continues his quest to become football’s benevolent dictator, the Golden Boot race is heating up, and we stumble across one of the most astonishingly stupid questions ever asked on live radio. Seriously. We’re not overselling it. It might actually lower your IQ.
But we’re not stopping there.
Matchday 3 is here, which means the spreadsheets are out, the calculators are overheating, and millions of fans have suddenly become experts in goal difference, goals scored, head-to-head records and obscure FIFA tiebreakers they didn’t know existed three days ago.
We break down every single group, who’s through, who’s hanging on by a thread, who’s already cooked, and exactly what each nation needs to do to reach the Round of 32.
The group stage is reaching its final act.
Some nations are 90 minutes away from immortality. Others are 90 minutes away from becoming the punchline of the entire tournament.
Expect chaos. Expect heartbreak. Expect calculators. Expect conspiracy theories about goal difference.
This is where World Cups stop making sense and start becoming legendary. 🌎🔥🍻⚽️🤣🏆

222. 2026 World Cup Matchday 2 Preview
2026/06/16
In this episode,
The World Cup is properly alive now and it’s already descended into complete madness.
First up, we relive Australia’s famous 2-0 win over Turkey. After all the noise before the game, and somehow even more noise after losing, the Turks have kept the content flowing. Next up: the USA. Same script? Same result? We bloody hope so.
Elsewhere, the tournament has delivered everything. Upsets, heartbreaks, goalkeeping performances that should be investigated by FIFA, last-minute equalisers, surprise packets, and enough draws to send tipsters and punters into a full-blown identity crisis.
We dive headfirst into Matchday 2, breaking down every key clash, who’s under pressure, who’s one bad result away from national panic, and which teams can take a giant step towards the knockout rounds.
There’s plenty of punting chat, questionable logic, bold calls that will almost certainly come back to haunt us, wild tangents, overreactions, and several moments where the conversation completely leaves the World Cup and refuses to return.
So grab a beer, rip up your predictions, and prepare for more chaos. Matchday 1 was just the opening act.
The World Cup has officially lost the plot, and we’re absolutely here for it.
