In this interview, Alison and I talk about what it means to be an empath, and how it is an 'aptitude' that can be developed, and utilized for the individual and for those they are 'in life' with. We go into the mechanics of what makes an empath.

Here, I get deep into my true reflections and wisdom gained since my brother's passing. The moment you lose someone you truly love, you are never the same. And, I have had a lot of crying, processing, flowing through of emotion and understanding in the last couple years. I share some of it here.
