We've entered a new season in the Queendom, and today Lauren talks about how a Kundalini yoga class led to 2 weeks of what she referred to as her "truth sickness," and ultimately a major decision to relocate and make major shifts in her life. In today's episode, Lauren talks about going back to her hometown and revisiting the very spot she first had sex in at 14  years old.
