It's an accounting term—we should carefully evaluate what we allow into our minds through screens. The battle for your life is won or lost in your thought life. Guard your mind with the same vigilance you'd guard your home. There is no "off the clock" for the Christian. Your social media isn't a "free zone" where different rules apply. The same Lord who sees you in worship sees you on Facebook at 11 PM. You wouldn't let a thief into your house to steal your possessions.
