2026/10/14
What if the hardest seasons of your life were never happening to you, but for you?
What if the people who challenge you the most are actually there to teach you how to surrender, set boundaries, and come back to yourself?
In this solo episode of Real Talk, I share the hill I will die on: my faith in God, and how it has pulled me through my darkest seasons.
Not because the hard times don't hurt. Not because you should use false positivity or ignore your pain. But because there is something greater than us holding you, and it has been there all along.
This conversation explores why true faith isn't found in having all the answers, it's found in choosing trust over fear.
Inside this episode, you'll discover:
🔹 Why faith in God can pull you through your darkest seasons
🔹 How to feel your pain, anger, and grief without becoming a victim to your story
🔹 Why staying true to your beliefs matters more than the fear of being canceled
🔹 How going within allows you to become the pebble in the pond and keep building the life and business you're excited to wake up to
If you've ever walked through a season where you felt there was no hope, or held back your truth out of fear of judgment, this episode is for you.
Because faith isn't about pretending the darkness doesn't exist. It's about trusting that you were never walking through it alone.
Listen now and discover how to move from fear to faith and become the light this world needs.

#145- Real Talk With Amanda Walsh
2026/09/28
What if the version of you that everyone loves isn't actually you?
In this episode of Real Talk, I sit down with Amanda Walsh, bestselling author of Life by the Stars and founder of Astrology Hub, for a conversation about authenticity, identity, and the moments that quietly rearrange a life.
Amanda shares the story behind her own turning point, leaving a thriving life in New York City for Hawaii, after a vision so vivid it changed everything she thought she wanted. We talk about fate vs. free will, why some decisions take years to ripen, and how pain pushes until vision finally pulls.
We also go into the formula so many of us absorb without realizing it the quiet belief that being valuable means being someone other than who we actually are.
In this episode, we explore:
🔹 The vision that led Amanda to leave New York for Hawaii
🔹 Fate vs. free will, and how much of our path we choose
🔹 Why some decisions take years to "ripen"
🔹 The formula we inherit about what makes us worthy of love
🔹 Authenticity, and why not everyone will like the real you
🔹 How our outer world reflects what's happening within
Sometimes the breakthrough isn't finding the right answer. It's finally being ready to hear what you already knew.
If you've ever felt the pull toward a life you can't quite explain, this conversation will stay with you.
Thank you for being on this journey with us!

#144- Real Talk With Mr Mind
2026/09/17
What if the thing standing between you and your next level isn’t what’s happening around you but what you’re holding onto within you?
In this episode of Real Talk, I sit down with Mr. Mind, founder of Mind Is Everything, for a powerful conversation about the mind, identity, authenticity, spirituality, and what it really takes to transform your life.
Drawing from his own journey of failure, rebuilding, addiction, and self-discovery, Mr. Mind explores some of the patterns that shape who we become, including ADHD, emotional patterns, trauma, relationships, and the stories we carry about ourselves.
We dive into vulnerability versus authenticity and why being authentic doesn’t mean exposing every thought, feeling, or wound. Sometimes it means knowing yourself deeply enough to choose what you express and allowing the highest version of yourself to lead.
And then we go deeper.
We talk about surrender. Attachment. Manifestation. Intuition. Stillness. Taking risks. And what can happen when you stop trying to control exactly how your life is supposed to unfold.
In this episode, we explore:🔹 ADHD, addiction, trauma, and the patterns that shape our lives🔹 Vulnerability vs. authenticity—and why the distinction matters🔹 How attachment to an outcome can keep you stuck🔹 Why uncertainty and risk can become catalysts for growth🔹 Where psychology and spirituality intersect🔹 Manifestation, perception, intuition, and stillness🔹 What it means to surrender without giving upSometimes the breakthrough isn’t getting what you’ve been fighting for. It’s releasing your grip long enough to discover what else might be possible. If you’ve been trying to control the outcome, questioning who you’re becoming, or wondering whether the patterns running your life are really you—this conversation will make you think.Thank you for being on this journey with us!Grace

#143- Real Talk With Erika Cruz
2026/09/03
What if the life you want requires you to become someone you haven’t been yet?
In this episode of Real Talk, I sit down with Erika Cruz, founder of Courage Driven Latina, personal branding expert, coach, and speaker, who walked away from a six-figure tech career to build a seven-figure business and powerful personal brand from her childhood bedroom.
Her story has landed her on the front page of The New York Times, with features on Telemundo, CNN, and the Los Angeles Times.
We talk about what it takes to bet on yourself, trust what’s calling you forward, and have the courage to create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
Erika also shares how manifestation has played a powerful role in her journey, not as wishful thinking, but as intentionally becoming the person capable of creating the life she desires. We talk about future-self journaling, shifting your thoughts and beliefs, and why sometimes you have to become her before the evidence shows up.
What You’ll Hear in This Episode:
🔹 Knowing when it’s time to leave what’s comfortable
🔹 Having the courage to bet on yourself
🔹 Building a personal brand that opens doors and creates opportunities
🔹 Manifestation beyond wishful thinking
🔹 Future-self journaling and the power of identity
🔹 Becoming the person capable of creating what you desire
This conversation is about so much more than personal branding. It’s about having the courage to evolve.
Because sometimes the next breakthrough doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from becoming more of who you’re meant to be.
Thank you for being on this journey with us!
Grace
P.S. If you’ve been questioning what’s next, feeling called toward something more, or wondering whether the life you envision is actually possible, this episode is a beautiful reminder that you don’t have to wait for the evidence before you start becoming the person who creates it.

#142- Real Talk with Sarah Centrella
2026/08/19
Have you ever felt like life completely fell apart, only to discover it was making room for something even greater?
In this deeply inspiring episode of Real Talk, I sit down with Sarah Centrella, internationally recognized keynote speaker, executive mindset coach, and bestselling author, whose remarkable journey proves that our greatest setbacks can become the foundation for our greatest breakthroughs.
Sarah’s story begins in one of the darkest moments imaginable.
After losing her home, filing for bankruptcy, and unexpectedly discovering her husband’s affair, she found herself alone with three young children, wondering how she would rebuild a life that had completely fallen apart. But in the middle of that heartbreak came one simple question that changed everything:
“What if you can?”
That single shift in perspective became the beginning of an extraordinary transformation.
Together, we explore how our thoughts shape our identity, why intentional mindset practices can literally rewire the brain, and how creating a compelling vision for your future can help you move beyond survival into a life filled with purpose, confidence, and possibility.
The Power of Rewriting Your Story
Sarah shares why lasting transformation doesn’t begin with perfect circumstances, it begins with intentional thoughts repeated consistently over time.
Drawing from her own experience of rebuilding her life from scratch, she explains how vision boards, affirmations, neuroscience, and daily habits became practical tools that helped her develop genuine confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, and create the life she once believed was impossible.
We also dive into why waiting until you “feel inspired” often keeps people stuck, and how taking consistent action, even when you don’t feel like it, is what creates momentum and lasting change.
What You’ll Hear in This Episode:
🔹 Turning Pain into Purpose: How one devastating life event became the catalyst for rebuilding a completely new future.
🔹 The Question That Changes Everything: Why asking “What if I can?” can shift your mindset from fear to possibility.
🔹 Rewiring Your Mind: The neuroscience behind affirmations and why consistency matters far more than immediate belief.
🔹 Creating Your Future Before You See It: How vision boards and intentional thinking help shape the direction of your life.
🔹 Why Inspiration Isn’t Enough: Sarah explains why action must come before motivation—and how momentum creates confidence.
🔹 Becoming the Person You’re Meant to Be: Why your identity changes long before your circumstances do.
This conversation is a beautiful reminder that no matter how broken your story may feel today, it doesn’t have to be the end of your story.
Sometimes the life you’ve been praying for begins with the courage to believe that something better is still possible.
Your past does not define your future.
Your thoughts matter.
Your choices matter.
And one small decision today can change the direction of your life tomorrow.
Thank you for being on this journey with us!
Grace
P.S. If you’ve ever wondered whether it’s really possible to rebuild after heartbreak, disappointment, or failure, this episode will remind you that transformation often begins with one new thought—and the courage to act on it.

What if you’ve been waiting for motivation, when the very thing you need is action?
What if the life and business you’re dreaming of aren’t created by feeling inspired first, but by taking action even when you don’t feel like it?
In this episode of Real Talk, we explore one of the biggest myths that keeps people stuck: waiting for inspiration before taking the next step.
Not because motivation isn’t valuable.
Not because inspiration doesn’t matter.
But because the life you’re meant to create is built through consistency, commitment, and the courage to move forward even on the days you don’t feel ready.
The truth is, momentum isn’t something you wait for.
It’s something you create.
This conversation explores why action builds confidence, why discipline creates freedom, and how shifting the stories you tell yourself can transform the results you experience in every area of your life.

#140- Real Talk with Grace Redman (Solo episode)
2026/08/05
What if the people criticizing you are actually helping you become the most elevated version of yourself?
What if the comments that hurt the most aren’t meant to break you but to reveal where healing and accountability still needs to happen?
In this solo episode of Real Talk, we explore one of the most powerful mindset shifts you can make when dealing with haters, critics, and judgment.
Not because their words don’t hurt.
Not because you should ignore your emotions.
But because your peace, your purpose, and your power are too valuable to hand over to someone else’s opinion.
Criticism, gossip, and negativity can either become distractions that pull you away from the life you’re creating, or they can become the greatest teachers on your journey toward emotional freedom, self-awareness, and living the elevated life.
This conversation explores why true power isn’t found in proving people wrong, it’s found in becoming so grounded in who you are that their opinions no longer define you.
Inside this episode, you’ll discover:
🔹 Why haters and critics can become your greatest teachers
🔹 The difference between constructive criticism and harmful negativity
🔹 How your emotional triggers reveal areas that still need healing
🔹 Why seeking validation from others keeps you stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage
🔹 How neutrality helps you protect your peace and reclaim your power
🔹 Why taking nothing personally is one of the greatest forms of emotional intelligence
🔹 How staying grounded allows you to keep building the life and business you’re excited to wake up to
If you’ve ever been hurt by criticism, struggled with judgment, or found yourself replaying someone else’s words over and over, this episode is for you.
Because rising above the hate isn’t about pretending it doesn’t exist.
It’s about refusing to let it define who you are.
Listen now and discover how to turn criticism into strength, protect your peace, and stay grounded in your power.

What if the person you've been holding onto resentment toward isn't the one suffering from it?
What if you are?
In this solo episode of Real Talk, we explore one of the most difficult—and most freeing—lessons in life: forgiveness.
Not because what happened was okay.
Not because they deserve it.
But because your peace is too valuable to hand over to the people who hurt you.
For years, anger, resistance, and resentment can feel justified. Sometimes they even become the fuel that drives us forward. But there comes a point when what once protected us starts weighing us down.
This conversation explores why forgiveness isn't about letting someone off the hook—it's about setting yourself free.
Inside this episode, you'll discover:
🔹 Why resentment often hurts the person carrying it most
🔹 The hidden ways unforgiveness impacts your relationships, health, happiness, and success
🔹 Why forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself
🔹 The difference between remembering what happened and continuing to carry it
🔹 How to begin releasing the stories, pain, and emotional weight that no longer serve you
If you've ever found yourself replaying old conversations, carrying hurt from the past, or struggling to let go of something that still feels heavy, this episode is for you.

2026/07/14
What if the one thing stealing your peace isn't what people are saying, but the meaning you're giving it?
In this solo episode of Real Talk with Grace Redman, I share one of the most transformative lessons I've learned:
The most empowered person in the room is the one who takes nothing personally.
We'll explore why other people's words and actions have far less to do with you than you think, how emotional triggers reveal the places that still need healing, and why the inner work isn't separate from your success—it is your success.
In this episode, you'll discover:
🎯Why we give away our power without realizing it.
🎯How to stop replaying conversations in your mind.
🎯What your triggers are trying to teach you.
🎯The difference between reacting and responding.
🎯How protecting your peace transforms your relationships, leadership, and life.
If you're tired of carrying the weight of other people's opinions, this episode will help you reclaim your power, protect your peace, and create a life that's guided by your values—not someone else's expectations.
If this episode resonates with you, share it with someone who needs the reminder that their peace is too valuable to place in someone else's hands.

He explains why public speaking is really an inner game, how shifting our mindset can transform fear into confidence, and why finding our voice has the power to change not only our careers… but our lives.

🔹 Turning Goals into Promises: How connecting your goals to your heart can dramatically increase your commitment and follow-through.

The world doesn't need fewer voices.
It needs more people willing to share them.

Have you ever wondered what can happen when a community comes together with a shared mission—to ensure every young person feels seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential?
In this inspiring episode of Real Talk with Grace Redman, I return to my alma mater, Hillsdale High School, where Empowerment Through Action (ETA) first began, for a meaningful conversation with Co-Executive Directors Brett Stevenson, Rachel Lauderdale, Ed Kanda, and Deshawn Mitchell.
What started as a mentoring program serving students at Hillsdale High School has grown into a transformative movement impacting students and families throughout San Mateo County. Today, ETA's reach extends to San Mateo High School, Aragon High School, Bridge Academy, and several feeder middle schools, with an ambitious vision to expand even further through the Empower San Mateo initiative.
This conversation is a powerful reminder that when people choose to lead with compassion, invest in relationships, and believe in the potential of the next generation, they can create lasting change that transforms lives and strengthens entire communities.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞:
🔶 How ETA helps students feel seen, heard, and supported and why that changes everything
🔶 The power of mentorship and building relationships that last far beyond graduation
🔶 Why ETA believes you can only move at the speed of trust
🔶 How students discover strengths and leadership qualities they didn't know they possessed
🔶 The Bridge-to-Bridge program that supports students from middle school through their first steps after high school
🔶 How ETA helps students explore careers, entrepreneurship, trades, college pathways, and real-world opportunities
🔶 The inspiring stories of students who transformed when someone finally believed in them
🔶 The impact of the Peace Pantry, Community Closet, and Community Garden serving families throughout the community
🔶 How the Empower San Mateo initiative is expanding support to even more students and families across the district
Empowerment Through Action (ETA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students furthest from opportunity through mentorship, leadership development, enrichment programs, academic support, family engagement, and community resources. Their mission is to ensure every student has the support, opportunities, and encouragement needed to reach their highest potential.
What makes ETA unique is its commitment to walking alongside students for years, building trust, creating community, and helping young people discover that they are capable of far more than they may believe.
Whether you're interested in volunteering, mentoring, partnering, donating, or simply learning more, there are many ways to support the mission of Empowerment Through Action.
Every act of kindness creates a ripple.
Every student deserves to be seen.
Every young person deserves the opportunity to dream.

𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐲𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐬
Have you ever achieved something you once thought would make you happy... only to realize there was still something missing?
In this episode of Real Talk, I sit down with Olympian, well-being coach, and founder, Robyn Stevens, for a powerful conversation about success, identity, integrity, and what it truly means to create a life that feels good from the inside out.
Robyn isn't just an Olympic athlete. She's someone who has spent her life questioning the stories society tells us about achievement, happiness, and worth. From giving up television at just 11 years old to qualifying for the Olympics, overcoming an eating disorder, navigating anxiety, and helping others create holistic wellbeing, her perspective is both refreshing and deeply inspiring.
What I love most about this conversation is that it's not just about athletic performance.
It's about human performance.
It's about learning how to stop abandoning ourselves in the pursuit of success.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞:
🔶 The Eight Pillars of Wellbeing: Why true success goes far beyond fitness, money, or career achievement and how every area of life impacts the others.
🔶 Success from the Inside Out: Why some of the world's most accomplished people still struggle with fulfillment, and what we can learn from that.
🔶 The Stories That Shape Us: How childhood beliefs, family dynamics, media, and culture influence the way we see ourselves and what's possible.
🔶 Anxiety, Fear & Self-Trust: Robyn shares a simple yet powerful mindset shift that helped her navigate anxiety and build greater trust in herself.
🔶 Accountability Without Shame: How taking ownership of your life can actually create more freedom, confidence, and peace.
🔶 The Difference Between Being Nice and Being Kind: A powerful conversation about truth, integrity, boundaries, and authentic leadership.
🔶 Why Rest Is Part of High Performance: What Olympic athletes understand about recovery that many entrepreneurs and leaders overlook.
🔶 Learning to Be Your Own Best Friend: Why the most important relationship you'll ever have is the one you have with yourself.
This conversation is a beautiful reminder that success isn't about sacrificing yourself.
It's about becoming more fully yourself.
Not chasing someone else's definition of success.
Creating your own and running your own race. 💫
Thank you for being on this journey with us.

Kimberly unpacks everything from stress and illness to faith, forgiveness, energy frequencies, and learning how to trust the quiet voice within.
This episode feels like sitting on the couch at 11pm having the kind of conversation that cracks your heart open in the best way possible.

#132-Real Talk with Loureen Ayyoub
2026/04/22
Have you ever felt like you had to choose between being fully yourself and being taken seriously?
During Arab American Heritage month I had the honor of chatting with Loureen Ayyoub, award-winning journalist, spoken word poet, and the first Arab American woman on air with CBS News in the Bay Area.
From navigating identity in spaces where she hasn’t always felt represented to using her voice to tell stories that matter, Loureen is creating impact through truth, storytelling, and presence.
The Power of Voice and Identity
Loureen opens up about what it really feels like to carry both visibility and responsibility, not just as a journalist, but as a woman representing her culture in rooms where she hasn’t always seen herself reflected.
She shares how storytelling isn’t just about reporting facts; it’s about honoring people, experiences, and perspectives that deserve to be understood, not just seen.
What You’ll Hear in This Episode:
🔶Softness as Strength: Why you don’t have to harden yourself to be respected, your humanity can be your greatest power.
🔶Beyond Representation: The difference between being visible and being truly understood… and why that matters more than ever.
🔶Owning Your Voice: How Loureen has learned to trust her perspective, even in spaces that challenge it.
🔶Storytelling with Intention: Why the way we tell stories has the power to either divide… or deeply connect.
🔶Balancing Identity and Ambition: What it looks like to pursue success without leaving parts of yourself behind.
🔶Turning Experience into Impact: How Loureen uses both journalism and poetry to create meaning, connection, and change.
This conversation is a reminder that your voice matters.
Not the polished version.
Not the edited version.
The Real version! 💫
Thank you for being on this journey with us!
Grace
P.S. If you’ve ever felt like you had to shrink parts of yourself to fit into certain spaces, this episode will remind you that you don’t.
