In March 2026, I traveled to Cameroon and did something I had never done before — I walked into a prison. Not as an inmate. As someone who chose to show up. My mother has a habit of visiting prisoners — bringing food, toiletries, and presence. I finally joined her. We cooked together, we packed supplies, and we walked through those gates. What happened inside changed me forever. A man looked me in the eye and said seven words that I have not stopped thinking about since: "I had a calling. I just never answered it." The drive home took 45 minutes. It felt like 4 hours. The only thing playing in my mind was that sentence on repeat. Because I had to ask myself — what is the difference between that man and me? It was not talent. It was not intelligence. It was not opportunity. It was whether or not I answered. This episode is my answer. My name is Cyriac. By day I lead AI and technology initiatives at one of the largest school districts in America. By night and on weekends I am building Ubora Labs — a tech company creating digital platforms for the African market, all from Virginia. Faith is not decoration in my life. It is the foundation of every decision I make. And I believe with everything in me that the people God calls, He also equips. Including you. Especially you. In this first episode I share: The prison visit that rewired everythingWhy brilliant, talented, faith-filled people live at 40% of their capacityThe Ubora origin story and what the name meansWhy being called means being responsible to moveWhat Limitless & Co. is and who it is forThis podcast is for the builders.
