This project was inspired by an old documentary called the roaring silence. I'd love to get recordings of people who do silent meditation, sharing the benefits and ways of doing this type of meditation. Please share with as many people as possible. these recordings will be shared over the next 5 or so episodes of the podcast. Please email your recordings of no longer then 5 minutes in length to [email protected]

For this episode I share the Reiki send for January. I shared this as a public post on my Patrion as I had a feeling that more people needed to here the message shared here. Please share this with as many people as you think might need to here the message that they are not alone. Reiki sends are usually shared with patrons only so if you feel called to, please go to the Freeflight Patreon page. www.patreon.com/freeflightHealing22/

Lets look into my old blog and what kinds of things I wrote in it. Hope everyone enjoys this little walk down memory lane. Enjoy and feel free to contact me with feedback or comments. Please feel free to follow my Freeflight Healing youtube channel. I'm trying to get the views up so that more people can see or listen to my content.
