Ep 161 Conditioning to Consciousness | A conversation with Jess Callahan

I’m Jess. My work is shaped by years of unraveling inherited patterns, healing my nervous system, and learning how to live with more autonomy, awareness, and self-trust.
These days, I live a life that actually feels like mine — connected to purpose, guided by intuition, and built to sustain nervous system regulation.
I host a podcast — conditioning to consciousness — and offer digital tools and coaching to support mind/body/soul transformation. I’m a student of transpersonal psychology focusing on consciousness studies, and I offer past life regression hypnosis.
I’m also a mom to three small humans, and the truth is — they’re always watching. So alignment isn’t optional. I write to heal myself, and because I know that each time I share my voice, I heal a little bit forward for them, too.
I’m endlessly curious about how we got to this place where the world feels heavy and broken, and what the path to healing looks like. I’m a firm believer that if just 1% of us elevate our consciousness through deeper awareness and the inner journey, that we can create a shift in the world around us.
