Your Body Keeps the Score of How You Live
2026/10/23
Getting older is one thing. Realizing your body doesn’t tolerate the same nonsense it used to? That’s a whole different conversation. 😂
Welcome back to Season 10 of Plethora of Stories!
In this episode, we’re talking about something I’ve personally been paying more attention to as I get older: HEALTH.
From eating habits and lack of sleep to hydration, physical activity, stress, and the responsibilities that come with adulthood, sometimes we get so caught up in living life that we forget to take care of ourselves.
I’m not a doctor, and I’m definitely not sitting here pretending I have everything figured out. I’m still learning, still making mistakes, and still trying to improve. But that’s what growth is all about.
This conversation isn’t about being perfect or giving up everything you enjoy. It’s about recognizing how our everyday choices can affect our health over time and understanding that taking care of ourselves matters just as much as everything else we’re working toward.
A little humor, some personal experiences, a few uncomfortable truths, and plenty of Muktar being Muktar. 😂
Because what’s the point of building a better life if we’re not taking care of ourselves enough to enjoy it?
Season 10, Episode 2. Let’s talk about it.
Thank you for another opportunity and another chance to share my thoughts. 💜🎙️
Season 10: Back at It Again
2026/10/23
Season 10 is officially here, and honestly, it’s crazy to even say that.
This season, we’re trying something a little different while keeping the same Plethora of Stories style. We’re going deeper into growth—not just physical growth, but mental, emotional, financial, personal, and everything in between.
Growth comes in many shapes and sizes. Sometimes you see it happening, and sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve changed until you look back.
I’m still learning, still growing, and definitely don’t have everything figured out. 😂 But that’s what makes the journey worth talking about.
It’s All About Becoming a Better Version of Yourself
2026/08/24
Season 9 has been about growth, change, honesty, integrity, relationships, progress, and learning from life as it happens.
In Episode 10, I bring those conversations together and reflect on what it really means to become a better version of yourself. Not a perfect person. Not somebody completely different. Just someone who is more aware, more responsible, more honest, more disciplined, and willing to learn from their mistakes.
Growth is not one big decision. It is the small choices we make every day—the way we communicate, how we handle setbacks, how we treat people, and whether we are willing to take accountability when we get things wrong.
This episode is about looking at who you were, recognizing who you are today, and asking yourself one important question:
Who am I becoming?
There is always something to learn. There is always something to improve. And there is always another chapter.

Double Standards: Why We Want Honesty, Respect & Grace but Don't Give It
2026/08/06
You can't ask somebody to tell you the truth and then punish them every time they do. Double standards in relationships, friendships, work, parenting and social media, and the uncomfortable part: checking our own.
Double standards are easy to recognize when they are being used against us, but much harder to notice when we are the ones benefiting from them.
In this episode, I explore how double standards show up in relationships, friendships, workplaces, parenting, social media, and even in the way we judge success. We often expect honesty, loyalty, respect, and accountability from other people while making exceptions for ourselves.
This conversation is about more than fairness. It is about self-awareness, consistency, integrity, and being willing to examine our own behavior before criticizing someone else’s.
Before calling out another person’s double standard, we should ask ourselves an uncomfortable question: are we doing the same thing?
Let’s talk about it.

People Say They Want Honesty… Until It Hurts
2026/07/15
Everybody wants honesty until it's about them. What being honest really costs, with other people and with yourself.
Honesty sounds simple, but living honestly is not always easy.
In this episode, I reflect on what it really means to be honest—with other people and with ourselves. We often say we want the truth, but the truth can be uncomfortable, especially when it challenges our pride, our choices, or the way we see ourselves.
This conversation explores the difference between honesty and disrespect, why trust depends on truth, and how healthy relationships require people to feel safe enough to be honest with one another. I also talk about self-honesty, taking responsibility, admitting when we are wrong, and making sure our actions match our words.
Honesty is not about being perfect. It is about being truthful, accountable, and willing to grow.
Let’s talk about it.

Let’s Talk About Integrity
2026/07/09
Integrity is easy to talk about but much harder to live by.
In this episode, I reflect on what integrity truly means and why it goes beyond simply being honest. It’s about doing the right thing when no one is watching, keeping your word, accepting responsibility for your actions, and staying true to your values even when it’s inconvenient.
Your reputation is built on what people see. Your integrity is built on the choices you make when nobody else is around.
Character isn’t something you turn on and off—it’s something you build every single day through the decisions you make.
Let’s talk about it.

Real Friends vs. Fake Friends: Who Actually Shows Up
2026/07/02
Real friends don't need a big circle. They just keep showing up. How to tell the difference, and why it's okay to outgrow some people.
Friendship is one of the most important relationships we have, but not everyone who comes into our lives is meant to stay.
In this episode, I reflect on the difference between real friends and fake friends, how friendships evolve over time, and why loyalty, honesty, trust, and genuine support matter more than the size of your circle. As we grow, our priorities change, and so do the people we surround ourselves with.
This isn’t about judging anyone or creating drama. It’s about recognizing healthy friendships, appreciating the people who consistently show up for you, and understanding that it’s okay to outgrow certain relationships. Sometimes life reveals who your real friends are without you ever having to ask.
Quality will always matter more than quantity.
Let’s talk about it.

Why Strangers Support You More Than Family and Friends
2026/06/28
Strangers will share your stuff, buy your book and listen every week, while people who've known you 20 years say nothing. Why that happens, why it's not always personal, and why you keep going anyway.
Have you ever wondered why complete strangers sometimes believe in you more than the people who’ve known you for years?
In this episode, I reflect on why support often comes from unexpected places. Whether you’re creating content, starting a business, chasing a dream, or simply trying to grow as a person, you may discover that strangers encourage your journey while the people closest to you seem quiet.
Is it familiarity? Expectations? Different perspectives? Or is it simply part of human nature?
This conversation isn’t about blaming friends or family. It’s about understanding that not everyone will see your vision the way you do—and that’s okay. The important thing is to keep creating, keep growing, and keep moving forward, regardless of who is or isn’t cheering you on.
Sometimes the people who know you the least are the first to recognize your potential.
Let’s talk about it.

It’s Crazy… How We Forget Our Own Progress.
2026/06/25
We spend so much time chasing the next goal that we rarely stop to appreciate how far we’ve already come.
In this episode, I reflect on why it’s so easy to overlook our own progress. Whether it’s your career, relationships, personal growth, family, or the goals you’ve been working toward, we’re often so focused on what’s next that we forget to recognize the journey we’ve already taken.
Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes it shows up in the way you think, the way you handle challenges, and the person you’re becoming. Growth doesn’t always happen overnight, but every step forward matters.
Take a moment to look back before you look ahead. You might realize you’ve come farther than you think.
Let’s talk about it.

It’s Crazy… How Different Life Looks Than I Expected
2026/06/24
Life has a funny way of surprising us.
When we’re younger, we often imagine what our future will look like. We create plans, set goals, and picture where we’ll be years down the road. But as time passes, life doesn’t always follow the path we expected.
In this episode, I reflect on how different life looks compared to what I once imagined. From personal growth and life lessons to family, work, creative projects, and everything in between, this conversation is about embracing the unexpected journey.
Sometimes the things we didn’t plan become some of the most important parts of our story. The challenges, setbacks, opportunities, and experiences along the way all help shape who we become.
Life may not look exactly the way we expected—but that doesn’t mean it’s not leading us where we need to go.
Let’s talk about it.

Growth, Change, and the Next Chapter
2026/06/23
After returning to the microphone in Episode 1, the conversation continues.
In this episode, I reflect on growth, change, and what happens when you decide to keep moving forward. Over the past year, I’ve explored new creative opportunities through podcasting, TikTok, YouTube, and other projects, learning valuable lessons about consistency, patience, and personal growth along the way.
Life has a way of changing when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone, try new things, and embrace new experiences. Every challenge, conversation, and opportunity becomes part of the journey and helps shape the next chapter of your story.
Whether you’re starting something new, rebuilding after a setback, or simply trying to grow into a better version of yourself, this episode is a reminder that growth is a process and your story is still being written.

Season 9: The story continues
2026/06/22
After a year away from the microphone, Plethora of Stories returns for Season 9.
In this episode, I reflect on where the podcast started back in 2021, what I’ve learned over the years, and why I decided to come back. This isn’t a new beginning—it’s another chapter in a journey built on conversations, life experiences, personal growth, and the lessons we learn along the way.
I’ve never claimed to have all the answers. This podcast has always been a place to share thoughts, ask questions, and talk about the things that shape our lives. Sometimes the best conversations aren’t planned. Sometimes you just sit down, press record, and start talking.
Welcome to Season 9 of Plethora of Stories.

This Feels Like Me
2025/06/30
After a season of growth, boundaries, silence, and peace — I’ve arrived at something deeper: clarity.
I’m no longer performing. I’m no longer explaining. I’m no longer chasing what doesn’t feel aligned.
This episode is the full-circle moment. The reminder that becoming isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being real.
And for the first time in a long time… this version of me feels right.
This feels like me.
No More Explaining
2025/06/19
You don’t owe anyone a breakdown of your boundaries.
You’ve outgrown the version of you that needed to be understood by everyone.
This episode is about choosing peace over performance, and alignment over approval.
Some won’t understand your silence — and that’s okay.
You’re not being cold. You’re being clear.
This Is What I Love
2025/06/11
After all the doubt and pressure, I’m finally doing what feels like me.
This episode is about walking in purpose, honoring your passions, and showing up with love — even when no one claps.
Whether it’s podcasting, writing, parenting, or simply creating space for peace, I’m building a life around what fuels me.
Not for applause — but because I love it.
