One of the core elements I have found to true expansion is refection! This allows space for you to step into your truth. It allows expansion into your soul. It allows guidance and connection to your spiritual team. Having faith, trust and building that relationship with every cell in your body comes from refection. When parts of you are triggered to go deeper into your own healing.
