I’m going to a shelter so I might not be podding for awhile. Not sure how long but I have to leave and rebuild myself. I’ve appreciated all of you over the last five years and I will return not sure when but I gave everything to a family that blew up in my face. I did start a GoFundMe and honestly if you can’t give I just appreciate if you could share. I want to get a place where my daughter and I can be at peace and rebuild together. I realized every time I pray in the morning for a good outcome of the day it blows up in my face. A phenomenon I’ve been trying to understand because I’ve only prayed for one and the same thing granted, I’m not a big prayer person but I figured what could it hurt and it hurt me weirdly. So I explain how to and the benefit of meditational forward healing. The ability to meditate and connect with the inversion or opposite feeling that is out there and for you. Sometimes in situations that aren’t for us or are closing, the next opportunity deserves an open and ready you. Sometimes people need time to heal and process the newness and betterment and with the technique I’m discussing you can learn to feel that connection and start experiencing interacting with it before it comes into your life. That way by the time it arrives you can hop into it fully holding nothing back. You know I’m still improving as a podcaster and I can feel it like night and day. On my journey of just expanding my horizon I’ve been taking Ashwaganda and Chlorophyll, I give my updates on my experiences. I’ve been getting heavier into the musical freestyle lately which I believe some missed. I believe I play a track too.
