This is part 3 of my interview with Karin. Karin was born and raised in the Unification church AKA the moonie cult and is here to talk about it. We start off talking about the the labor trafficking program disguised as a "providential course" or right of passage, known as "special task force" and what that really means. The story then travels headlong into Moon's mansion - East Garden in Tarrytown New York, where an 18 year old Karin is thrust into a 3 day matching and marriage. This is the end of part 3, but the beginning of many new roads. Be sure to follow Karin on instagram at @karinshimo and look out for her podcast! https://gofund.me/d0d49df7

This is part 2/3 of my interview with Karin, a former 2nd gen unification church member who walked the "providential course." She shares an immense wealth of lessons she learned along the way. Karin is a survivor of the unification church who also went to the unification church indoctrination factory in South Korea (the general orientation program -GOP). Karin and I discuss GOP, our indoctrination into the moonies, STF, arranged marriage, and so much more. Renee interprets Robert J Liftons 8 criteria of thought reform from her own personal lens growing up Moonie. This is the final episode to conclude the 8 criteria, ending on the explanation of "dispensing of existence".

This week we will dissect the 7th criteria of thought reform, "Doctrine over person". This is the 7th criteria needed for creating a totalistic environment necessary for "brainwashing ". Renee applies her 2nd generation exmoonie lens to bring you this episode. Trigger warning on this episode for spiritual bypassing, child neglect, racism, homophobia and all things innately moonie. In this episode, Renee dive's deep into the loaded language of the brainwashing cult she grew up in "The Moonies". This episode is filled with the coercive language used by the human trafficking crime family known as the "True Family". Trigger warning for fellow survivors of this cult, the gloves are off.  Follow along with Robert J. Lifton's blueprint on Brainwashing, "The 8 criteria of thought reform". If loaded language is the chain on your mind, then unload that language and start freeing yourself. This episode is just one example of that. If you were inspired to share your own story and unload more Moonie language based on this episode, then please message me a link on the story you share! If you appreciate this episode, please share it with your fellow moonie! The only way this podcast gets out is by word of mouth. Comment, rate and share this podcast episode to "Let God work".
