The podcast has a new name! Things are solidifying in the ideas for this project and I explain that in the first segment. Then I go through some of my favorite ways of celebrating the beginning of fall, the harvest and giving thanks season of the year.

The middle of eclipse season is all about receptivity and curiosity. Moving forward is best done by starting with the basics like breathing and healthy eating so I briefly touch on those subjects as well. I’m still figuring out this whole podcast thing so I ask that you bear with me- it will get better!

I’m creating a whole new life! Despite my messy start, I’m learning how to navigate my new life after everything crumbled for me. I’m figuring things out with my chronic illnesses, creative process as an artist, and my letting go of addictions to certain styles of relationships. I promise to get better at publishing these podcasts but I’m starting here, now, as is, messy me, because there’s no time like the present.
