I know what I said, but look life happens and it's not like have interns or anything. Ceez tells us about his fitness journey, he's come a long way that boy swole now. We also touch on gym culture and gym influencers; its not a scary place just some people are s****y. I go off a little on all the new star wars media we're getting it's really exciting sh*t that's coming soon. Hollywood kind of killed the shock value of big reveals in sows and movies, but honestly twitter did too. I address my Juice Wrld tweet from earlier this week.

I just gonna go ahead and say this was a weak episode, sorry about that y'all we didnt do much hw for music this week.
