Trouble don’t last always
2026/10/02
Trouble don’t last always. No matter what season you are going through, there is a reason to keep moving forward, keep believing, and keep trusting God. Sometimes life puts us in situations where we cannot see the way out. We may feel stuck, isolated, discouraged, disappointed, or overwhelmed by everything happening around us. But just because you cannot see the way does not mean God is not already making one.
In this episode of OffTh3wall, we talk about trusting God when life feels uncertain and remembering that difficult seasons are temporary. God has a way of making a way in the wilderness, creating paths where there seemingly were none, and opening doors when we thought every door was closed. Your current struggle does not define your future.
Sometimes the wilderness is where we learn patience, faith, strength, discipline, and dependence on God. The struggle may be uncomfortable, but it can also reveal things about ourselves that we would have never discovered during easier seasons. You may not understand why you are going through it right now, but that does not mean your story ends here.
If you are dealing with heartbreak, financial struggles, relationship problems, loneliness, family issues, disappointment, uncertainty, or simply feeling lost in life, this episode is a reminder to keep going. Do not allow one difficult chapter to convince you that the entire story is over.
God is still working. God is still making a way. God can bring peace in the middle of chaos, strength in the middle of weakness, and direction in the middle of confusion.
Trouble don’t last always. Keep your faith. Keep praying. Keep moving. The wilderness is not your permanent destination.

GO WHERE YOU’RE VALUED — STOP BEGGING PEOPLE TO SEE YOUR WORTH
2026/09/30
Going where you’re valued means understanding your worth and refusing to stay where you constantly have to prove yourself. You deserve to be around people who appreciate your presence, respect your time, recognize your effort, support your growth, encourage your dreams, and genuinely want to see you succeed. Stop forcing connections that no longer feel mutual. Stop chasing people who only notice you when they need something. Stop giving your energy to people who make you feel unwanted, ignored, or replaceable.
Sometimes God allows you to outgrow certain people, relationships, friendships, jobs, and environments because your next chapter requires you to move differently. Walking away does not always mean giving up. Sometimes it means choosing peace, protecting your energy, respecting yourself, and making room for better opportunities.
Go where your voice is heard, your effort is appreciated, and your presence matters. Go where communication is honest, loyalty is genuine, and respect goes both ways. Go where people celebrate your growth instead of feeling threatened by it. Go where you can be yourself without shrinking who you are to make others comfortable.
Remember, your value does not decrease because someone failed to recognize it. Rejection does not mean you are worthless. Being overlooked does not mean you are incapable. Sometimes the lesson is realizing that you cannot convince everyone to appreciate you.
Know your worth, protect your peace, trust God’s direction, and keep becoming the best version of yourself. You do not need permission to grow. You do not need to chase people who have already shown you where you stand. Pay attention to actions, not promises. Choose genuine connections over temporary attention, purpose over validation, and peace over popularity.
Go where you are respected. Go where you are appreciated. Go where you are supported. Go where you are loved. Go where you are growing. Go where your presence matters. Most importantly, go where you can become the person God created you to be.
GOD WILL SEND PEOPLE INTO YOUR LIFE TO REMIND YOU WHO YOU ARE
2026/09/29
Sometimes God will send certain people into your life at the exact moment you need them. Not necessarily to stay forever, but to remind you of something you forgot about yourself.
When life gets hard, it’s easy to lose confidence. You can start questioning your purpose, your worth, your abilities, and even the direction God is taking you. You may look around and wonder, “Am I really doing what I’m supposed to be doing?”
Then somebody comes along and says something that hits different. They encourage you. They believe in you. They remind you of your strength. They see something in you that you stopped seeing in yourself.
Sometimes that person is a friend. Sometimes it’s family. Sometimes it’s a stranger. Sometimes it’s somebody you never expected to meet. And sometimes, that person may only be in your life for a season.
But the impact they leave can last much longer.
I believe God can use people as reminders. A reminder that you’re still capable. A reminder that your story isn’t over. A reminder that your past mistakes don’t define your future. A reminder that you still have purpose.
But here’s the important part: don’t become dependent on the person and forget the God who allowed them to cross your path.
Appreciate the people who encourage you, but remember where your strength ultimately comes from.
Maybe the person who encouraged you recently wasn’t just being nice. Maybe that conversation happened exactly when you needed it.
Pay attention to the people God places around you. Some people come to teach you. Some come to challenge you. Some come to love you. And some come simply to remind you who you are.
You haven’t lost yourself. You may just need a reminder.
You need to spend more time alone
2026/09/24
Sometimes you need to isolate yourself—not because you hate people, but because you need time to hear your own thoughts. Spending time alone can help you reset, reflect, heal, grow, and discover who you really are without the opinions, expectations, drama, distractions, and negativity of everyone around you. Solitude can teach you patience, discipline, confidence, self-awareness, independence, peace, clarity, emotional strength, and self-love. When you constantly surround yourself with people, you can lose yourself trying to please everyone else. Sometimes you need to step back, disconnect from social media, stop answering every phone call, stop explaining yourself, and simply spend time with yourself. Being alone gives you an opportunity to think about your goals, dreams, purpose, relationships, friendships, family, career, finances, faith, future, and personal growth. Isolation can help you recognize who genuinely supports you and who only wants access to you. Alone time can reveal your habits, insecurities, fears, mistakes, strengths, weaknesses, values, boundaries, and priorities. You do not always need another opinion; sometimes you need your own answer. Learn to enjoy your own company. Learn to eat alone, drive alone, travel alone, pray alone, think alone, work alone, and grow alone. Protect your peace. Protect your energy. Protect your mental space. Not everyone deserves access to you, and not every relationship deserves your constant attention. Sometimes distance creates clarity. Sometimes silence reveals the truth. Sometimes being unavailable allows you to become available to yourself. Solitude is not loneliness. Loneliness is feeling disconnected; solitude can be intentionally choosing space to reconnect with yourself. Use your alone time wisely. Read, journal, exercise, pray, meditate, create, plan, dream, learn, and become better. Stop chasing validation. Stop needing everyone to understand you. Stop explaining every decision. Stop allowing other people’s opinions to control your confidence. Your journey requires self-discovery, personal responsibility, emotional maturity, discipline, healing, forgiveness, boundaries, confidence, and faith. Sometimes God may use quiet seasons to redirect you, strengthen you, and prepare you for what comes next. Being alone can help you understand what you actually want instead of constantly reacting to what everybody else wants from you. Take a break from the crowd. Take a break from drama. Take a break from toxic relationships. Take a break from social media. Take a break from unnecessary conversations. Take a break from seeking approval. Give yourself permission to breathe. Give yourself permission to change. Give yourself permission to outgrow people, environments, habits, and situations that no longer serve your purpose. Solitude can become a season of transformation. When you become comfortable with yourself, you stop accepting unhealthy relationships simply because you are afraid of being alone. You stop confusing attention with love, popularity with friendship, and access with loyalty. You begin choosing quality over quantity. You begin understanding that peace is valuable. You begin building confidence from within instead of depending on outside validation. Alone time can strengthen your mindset and help you become more intentional about the person you are becoming. Sometimes you have to disappear from the noise so you can hear the vision. Sometimes you have to walk alone before you can walk confidently with others. Spend time alone. Get to know yourself. Heal yourself. Challenge yourself. Build yourself. Love yourself. Trust yourself. Pray over yourself. Work on yourself. Become the person you keep saying you want to become. Your solitude does not have to be permanent; it can simply be a necessary season of growth, reflection, preparation, and renewal.
Be careful who you listen to, because they may be sending yo dumbass to hell
2026/09/23
Everybody has an opinion. Everybody has advice. Everybody has something to say about your relationship, your career, your friendships, your money, your parenting, and the decisions you make in life. But the question is: should you really be listening to everybody?
In this episode of OffTh3wall, I’m talking about why you have to be careful who you allow to influence your decisions. Sometimes the person giving you advice genuinely wants the best for you. But sometimes people speak from their own pain, jealousy, insecurities, experiences, or failures—and they can unknowingly lead you down a path that was never meant for you.
Just because somebody has been through something doesn’t mean their experience is your destiny.
You have to learn how to listen without automatically accepting everything you hear. There’s a difference between receiving advice and allowing someone else to control your life. Not everybody knows your circumstances, your heart, your goals, or what you’ve been praying for.
And sometimes the people closest to you can give you the worst advice because they’re looking at your situation through their own perspective.
That doesn’t mean you should ignore everybody. It means you need discernment.
Pay attention to who gives you advice. Do they practice what they preach? Do they genuinely want to see you grow? Do they challenge you to become better, or do they encourage you to stay comfortable? Do they want you to heal, or do they want you to stay angry?
Everybody deserves to be heard, but everybody doesn’t deserve influence over your life.
Sometimes God gives you a vision that other people won’t understand. Sometimes your next level requires you to stop taking advice from people who have never been where you’re trying to go.
Listen—but think. Hear them—but use discernment. And never let somebody else’s perspective become the prison that keeps you from becoming who you’re supposed to be.
Can Going Through Their Phone Ruin the Relationship? Or Is Checking It Just Being Careful?
2026/09/22
How much privacy should you have in a relationship? And at what point does “checking their phone” go from curiosity to crossing a boundary?
In this episode of OffTh3wall, we’re getting into the uncomfortable conversation about sneaky relationships, trust, loyalty, and what it really means to love somebody correctly. If you feel like you have to constantly check your partner’s phone, read their messages, investigate their social media, or look for evidence of something going wrong, is that protecting your relationship—or slowly destroying it?
Trust is one of the hardest things to build and one of the easiest things to lose. Sometimes people check phones because they’ve been hurt before. Sometimes there are legitimate reasons for their suspicion. And sometimes insecurity, past relationships, or fear can make someone search for problems that may not even exist.
But there’s another side to this conversation: people don’t always think the way you think. What you consider common sense, loyalty, or having a conscience may not be how another person operates. Everybody has different morals, boundaries, temptations, and definitions of right and wrong.
That’s why communication matters.
A healthy relationship shouldn’t require you to become a detective just to feel secure. At the same time, trust doesn’t mean ignoring obvious red flags or pretending dishonesty doesn’t happen.
We’re talking about where the line should be between privacy and secrecy, why some people become sneaky in relationships, how couples can rebuild trust after betrayal, and what loving someone the right way actually looks like.
Because real love isn’t just saying, “I trust you.” It’s creating a relationship where both people consistently give each other reasons to trust them.
Are you checking the phone because you don’t trust them—or because they’ve given you a reason not to?
Let’s talk about it.
When You Want to Quit, KEEP GOING
2026/09/17
There are moments in life when you get tired of fighting. Tired of trying. Tired of putting in effort and wondering when something is finally going to change. Sometimes, quitting feels like the easiest option because you’re exhausted from carrying the weight of disappointment, setbacks, rejection, failure, and uncertainty.
But what if the moment you want to quit is actually the moment you need to keep going?
In this episode of OffTh3wall, we’re talking about what it really means to keep moving forward when you don’t feel motivated, when nobody is clapping for you, and when the results you’ve been praying and working for haven’t shown up yet. Life doesn’t always give you immediate proof that your hard work is paying off. Sometimes you have to keep planting seeds before you ever see the harvest.
There will be days when you question yourself. Days when you feel behind. Days when you compare your journey to somebody else’s and wonder why things seem to be happening for them but not for you. But your journey is your journey. You don’t have to have everything figured out today.
Sometimes keeping going means taking one more step. Sometimes it means resting and getting back up tomorrow. And sometimes it means trusting God even when you can’t see where the road is leading.
Your setback doesn’t have to be your ending. Your current situation doesn’t define your future. And the fact that you’re tired doesn’t mean you’re weak.
So if you’ve been thinking about giving up, take a breath. Reset. Pray. Refocus. Then keep going.
You’ve come too far to let one difficult chapter convince you that the story is over.
Hearing They’re Being Cherished by Someone Else: What If You Missed the Person Meant for You?
2026/09/15
There’s a different kind of pain that comes from finding out the person you once loved, took for granted, walked away from, or failed to appreciate is now being cherished by someone else. It’s not always jealousy. Sometimes, it’s the realization that someone else is giving them the love, attention, patience, reassurance, and respect that you should have given them when you had the opportunity.
In this episode of OffTh3wall, we’re talking about the painful reality of missing out on someone who may have been meant for you. What happens when you hear that they’re happy? What happens when you discover that someone else is treating them exactly how they always wanted to be treated? And what happens when you realize that the person you couldn’t fully appreciate has become someone else’s greatest blessing?
Sometimes we don’t understand someone’s value until they’re no longer available to us. We get comfortable. We assume they’ll always be there. We focus on their flaws while ignoring everything they brought into our lives. Then one day, they’re gone—and somebody else recognizes their worth.
That realization can force you to confront yourself.
Was it really that you didn’t love them, or did you simply not know how to love them properly at the time? Were you chasing something that looked better while overlooking something that was actually good for you?
But this episode isn’t just about regret. It’s about growth, accountability, timing, and learning to appreciate people while they’re still in your life.
Because sometimes the hardest lesson isn’t losing the person.
It’s watching someone else cherish the person you weren’t ready to value.
Teach Them to Stand Up, Not Back Down: Building Confidence in Children Early
2026/09/10
One of the most important things we can teach children early in life is how to stand up for themselves without becoming aggressive or disrespectful. Kids need to understand that being kind does not mean allowing someone to bully, intimidate, or take advantage of them. Teaching children to speak up, set boundaries, and walk away from negative situations can give them confidence that carries into adulthood.
Children should learn that they don’t have to be afraid of someone simply because that person is louder, older, more experienced, or has a stronger personality. Sometimes the strongest response isn’t fighting back—it’s confidently saying, “Stop,” removing yourself from the situation, and getting a trusted adult when necessary.
It’s also important to teach children to recognize who they spend time around. Not every child is a bad influence, but some children may have been exposed to behaviors, language, or situations that your child isn’t ready to handle. Parents should encourage their children to make friends who respect them, support them, and bring out the best in them.
We can’t protect our children from every difficult person they will encounter. Eventually, they’ll have to navigate friendships, school, work, relationships, and the world on their own. That’s why the goal isn’t to raise children who are scared of people; it’s to raise children who understand their worth and know when to stand their ground.
Teach them to be respectful, but teach them to have boundaries. Teach them to be confident, but not arrogant. Teach them that walking away isn’t weakness. Sometimes walking away is the smartest and strongest decision they can make.
The earlier we give children these tools, the better prepared they’ll be to handle pressure, intimidation, bullying, and negative influences while still remaining true to who they are.
Consistency Creates the Results You Want
2026/09/09
Success is rarely built overnight. It is created through the small decisions and actions you choose to repeat every single day. Being consistent means continuing to show up even when you are tired, unmotivated, discouraged, or not seeing immediate results. Anyone can work hard when they feel inspired, but real growth happens when you continue working even on the days when inspiration is nowhere to be found.
Consistency teaches discipline, patience, and commitment. Whether you are working toward a better career, building a business, improving your health, becoming a better parent, or chasing a personal dream, the results you want will usually come from what you repeatedly do. Small progress may not always feel important in the moment, but over time, those small efforts can create major changes.
The key is understanding that you do not have to be perfect to be consistent. You may have bad days, make mistakes, or experience setbacks. What matters most is your ability to get back up and continue. Missing one day does not destroy your progress, but allowing one bad moment to become a permanent habit can.
Consistency is about trusting the process. You may not see results today, tomorrow, or even next month, but every positive action is adding something to your future. Keep learning, keep improving, and keep showing up for yourself.
At the end of the day, your goals do not need more excuses—they need more commitment. Stay focused on where you are going instead of becoming frustrated about how far you still have to go. Consistency will take you places that temporary motivation never can. Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and eventually, the results will speak for themselves.
Your Worth Is Not Determined by What You Have
2026/09/08
Your Worth Is Not Determined by What You Have
Your worth should never be determined by where you are in life, what you drive, how much money you make, or what other people think about you. Too many people measure success based on material things and allow those things to determine how valuable they believe someone is. But the truth is, a person’s value comes from who they are, not what they own.
You may not be living in your dream home right now. You may be driving an older car, working toward a better career, rebuilding your finances, or trying to figure out your next move in life. None of those things make you less valuable. Everyone has a different journey, a different starting point, and a different timeline. Just because someone appears to be further ahead than you does not mean you are behind.
Your character, your heart, your determination, and the way you treat others say much more about you than the car you drive or the clothes you wear. Material things can come and go. Money can be gained and lost. Jobs can change. But your ability to grow, learn, overcome challenges, and continue moving forward is something that cannot be measured by a price tag.
Never allow society to make you feel like you have to prove your worth through possessions. You are already worth something before the success comes. You are worth something while you’re struggling, while you’re learning, and while you’re building the life you want.
Keep working. Keep growing. Keep believing in yourself. Where you are today is only a chapter, not the final destination. Remember: your circumstances may describe your current situation, but they will never define your worth. You are valuable simply because you are here and still becoming the person you are meant to be.
Staying Consistent and Being a Supportive Parent
2026/09/03
Being a supportive parent is about much more than simply providing food, clothes, and a place to live. One of the greatest things a parent can give a child is consistency. Children need to know that the people they depend on will be there for them, not only when life is easy, but also during difficult moments. Consistency helps create trust, security, and confidence.
Being consistent means showing up. It means keeping your promises when possible, being involved in your child’s life, and making an effort to understand what they are experiencing. Children may not remember every gift or every dollar spent on them, but they will remember who was there to encourage them, listen to them, support them, and help them when they needed someone.
A supportive parent also understands that parenting is not about being perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is being willing to learn, grow, and continue showing love. Sometimes being supportive means celebrating your child’s accomplishments. Other times, it means correcting them, teaching them responsibility, and helping them learn from their mistakes.
Consistency also requires patience and discipline. Children grow and change, and they will sometimes test boundaries. However, having a parent who remains present, loving, and dependable can make a major difference in their development.
At the end of the day, being a supportive parent means making your child feel valued and loved. Your presence, encouragement, guidance, and consistency can help shape how they see themselves and the world around them. You may not always realize the impact you are having, but every conversation, lesson, and moment you spend showing up can help build a stronger foundation for your child’s future. Being consistent is not always easy, but for a child, knowing they have someone who truly supports them can mean everything.
Your 401(k) Could Be the Key to Your Financial Freedom
2026/09/01
Investing in a 401(k) is one of the smartest ways to start building wealth and preparing for your future. Many people focus only on how much money they can spend today, but true financial security comes from planning for tomorrow. A 401(k) allows you to consistently invest money from your paycheck and potentially grow your savings over time.
One of the biggest benefits of a 401(k) is consistency. Even if you cannot afford to invest thousands of dollars at once, regularly contributing a percentage of your income can add up over the years. The earlier you begin, the more time your money has to potentially benefit from compound growth. This means your investment earnings may also begin generating earnings over time.
Another major advantage is employer matching. Some employers will contribute additional money to your 401(k) when you contribute, up to certain limits. If your employer offers a match, failing to contribute enough to receive the full match could mean missing out on part of your compensation.
A 401(k) should not be viewed as money that is simply sitting in an account. You generally need to choose investments within the plan based on your goals, time horizon, and comfort with risk. Learning the basics of what you are invested in is just as important as contributing money.
Building wealth does not always require making a lot of money overnight. It requires discipline, patience, and consistency. Instead of spending every raise or paycheck increase, consider increasing your retirement contributions and investing in your future.
Your future self will benefit from the decisions you make today. Start where you can, contribute consistently, take advantage of employer benefits when available, and allow time to work in your favor. A 401(k) may not make you rich overnight, but it can be a powerful tool for building long-term financial freedom.
If she truly loves you, she wouldn’t put your life at risk
2026/08/28
Love should never push someone towards danger. When emotions run high, it’s tempting to act impulsively, to demand loyalty through reckless acts or fights that can change lives forever. But real love seeks to protect, not endanger. If someone cares for you, they won’t put pride or anger above your safety. A healthy relationship respects life, encourages wise choices, and supports each other’s futures, rather than risking everything for a moment of anger. And that goes both ways. It’s not just on women, men have that same responsibility to not push women into danger either. Genuine love looks out for the other person, their well-being, their safety, and their future. Because at the end of the day, love isn’t about proving loyalty through reckless acts. It’s building something lasting, where both people walk away from avoidable harm and choose dignity and life instead.
Still Living With Your Parents? Use It To Build Wealth, Not Debt.
2026/08/27
Living with your parents isn’t a setback—it’s actually a chance to get ahead. Instead of throwing money away on high rent and brand-new car payments, use this season to stack cash, build an emergency fund, and start investing consistently. A reliable used car gets you where you need to go without chaining you to big monthly bills. The point isn’t to look wealthy, it’s to quietly build wealth. Put that extra money toward a Roth IRA or retirement accounts, and let time do the heavy lifting. And hey, it’s not glamorous, but future you will be so grateful you played it smart now.
