He founded XPastor.org in 2003 and its 1,350 free articles from over 350 authors have become a principal resource for leaders in a complex church world. Fletch teaches doctoral students at Dallas Theological Seminary. He founded the Doctor of Ministry department at Asian Theological Seminary and continues to teach there as well.
