Happy New Year; I’ve been meaning to get back to you but I must get something off my chest.  I really enjoy making these episodes and I am especially encouraged by your interactions with them, but I‘ve been finding myself in something of a prolonged freeze response; especially in the past months where I struggle to write, record and produce as I used to.  Seeing that this podcast is relatively young I didn't think the issues I have with perfectionism would rise to the surface so soon but my need for “Shadow work” as it were has finally come to my attention.  This isn’t to say that I won’t be uploading any episodes but I thought it important to say something especially since we’re in the middle of a couple of series’. I also think of this as a way of loosening the self-imposed reins regarding what makes a good episode or podcast in general.  As always, thank you for listening and you’ll hear from me very soon.
