It's been a while since we've released a show, but the weather held us down in January, and just when we were about to get back in the thick of things tragedy struck our family. Rita R. Layman, mother of host Billy Riddle was killed in a tragic accident while on vacation in Florida. So this show is to honor her, and the people in Florida who brought some Appalachian goodness to us in our worst moments. Thank y'all for sticking around. Hey friends we didn't record a full show this week because we wanted to attend the two meetings involving the School Board and their Budget shortfall. So Amos and myself attended the Tuesday (Regularly Scheduled) meeting where people were allowed to speak, so we have his speech.
