In Adam, Sin and Death Reign Over All; but in Christ, Righteousness and Grace Reign Over Sin and Death for All Who Believe

For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, MUCH MORE, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by His life and rejoice in His love.

Christ’s DEATH for us provides unshakeable confidence in God’s LOVE for us.

God’s grace in justification provides us with the security to know that even in our most severe suffering, He is working for our godly good because we have received the outpouring of His love through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

Because of what God has fully accomplished for us in Christ, we can have joyful assurance of our present and future standing before Him.

God’s sovereign grace provides us with the faith we need to be justified in Christ so that we can have unwavering faith to follow Him in hard and hopeless times.

Our assurance and security in Christ come from God’s grace and not our obedience.

Religious rituals will never make us righteous, but they do remind us of the righteousness we will always have through faith in Christ alone.

Main Point: The best blessing of all is to be fully forgiven and counted as righteous through faith alone in Christ alone.

God justifies ungodly sinners as a free gift of grace which is received through faith in Christ and not by our good works.

Justification by faith alone humbles our pride, unifies our hearts and establishes the foundation for our obedience.

Salvation comes through faith in Christ alone.

Our guilt is great and God's grace is greater.
