After saying goodby to this podcast two years ago, I am back! And I'm coming back contemplating the question that keeps turning up: is through really the only way out? We hear this phrase all the time, but what does it even mean? Does it mean that the only way past something is to go directly through it? Feel it? Face it? Process it? Well, these past two years I've done nothing but feel it, face it and process it, yet I'm nowhere out of it. So here I am , starting again - a little rusty, and very much figuring out as I go. I don't even have my equipment any more, so this first episode is recorded on my phone. Hopefully the sound is ok. No polished comeback, no perfect plan, just me talking again. Enjoy!

With a bit of a bitter sweet feeling, I am saying goodbye to this podcast, to this era in my life. Time to switch over to telepathy instead of getting caught up in words. Thanks for all your support throughout these years. I appreciate you.
