Welcome to Episode 87 where we are feeling blessed to be able to bring you The Mad Scientist of Australian Hot Rodding aka The Castlemaine Kid (or Rod by name Rod by Nature) Mr Rod Hadfield along with his ever supportive wife and clean up champion Carol. In this release we delve deeply into Rod's highlights from a life spent playing cars while also touching on his more recent health concerns when it comes to pushing through while bearing the burdens associated with Parkinsons Disease. Stress not though Dear Listener as there is joy aplenty and hearty laughter as through it all he is still a cheeky bugger as evidenced from the outset. Dont call him a Legend or an Icon because he refuses to wear that tag. He is merely a bloke who plays with cars even if he has achieved more than most could dream possible themselves. On a parting note it was amazing to have so much of Rod and Carol's time for this one and we hope you see these glorious people as approachable and take the time yourselves when next you encounter them.
