MEDITATION: Safe Space Within
2026/10/22
Have you ever finally found a moment for yourself, only to realise that your mind is still busy with everything you have to do? Or you may feel jittery or even anxious? You replay conversations, anticipate what might happen, look for solutions… and resting starts to feel like yet another thing you should learn to do properly. But what if, for a few minutes, you didn't have to solve anything? I've created a new guided meditation to help you return to the present moment, listen to what's happening within you, and cultivate a kinder relationship with yourself through presence and compassion. You don't need to clear your mind or make yourself feel a certain way. You simply need to give yourself a few minutes to be with yourself, just as you are.
Are you still choosing your partner?
2026/10/07
Love, routine or choice. People who love their partner, but at some point find themselves wondering: Am I still choosing this relationship, or have I simply gotten used to it? And perhaps the most interesting thing isn’t to find a quick answer. In this week’s episode, we explore all of this, and a question that might change the way you look at your relationship.
When Is Enough, Enough?
2026/09/23
Do you ever get the feeling that there’s always something more? A little more to learn, another course to take, another book to read, another qualification to get, another way to get fitter… And when do you finally feel that 👉you👈 are enough? Lately, we’ve found ourselves thinking about this... Growth can be a wonderful thing. But what happens when, underneath that desire to grow, there’s a quieter feeling? It’s still not enough because I’m still not enough. In this week’s episode, we explore this in depth:👇
Why can't I relax when I'm on holiday
2026/09/09
You can be on holiday, in a beautiful place with no obligations, and still feel like you’re not really there. That’s what happened to me during the first few days of my summer holiday 😣 And then an uncomfortable question started to surface — one that wouldn’t leave me alone: What is happening to me? I should be enjoying this! And that’s when the suffering began, because I felt that something was wrong with me. In this episode, we explore what may be underneath our difficulty stopping, disconnecting and enjoying ourselves, and how we can begin to change it.
Stress, anxiety, and burnout: when living becomes surviving life.
2026/07/22
Over the past few weeks, I've heard the same sentence again and again: "Georgina, I'm exhausted/super anxious". My clients are brilliant people, sensitive people, people who seem to have everything under control. And yet, deep down, they feel as though they've been on survival mode for far too long. In this week's podcast, Luciano and I ask ourselves an uncomfortable question: What if the problem isn't anxiety, stress or burnout? What if it's everything we do to avoid feeling them? Together, we’re exploring the five most common ways we avoid feeling our uncomfortable feelings. And, perhaps most importantly, we talk about how to begin finding our way home again by dealing with our feelings lovingly.
Tapping to build trust when doubt arises
2026/07/08
What if self-doubt isn't a sign that you should stop? What if it simply means you're standing in front of something important? Self-doubt can keep us stuck. Searching for more information, more certainty, more reassurance. And we often end up feeling exhausted, waiting to feel ready for a step that might feel slightly uncomforable but which is necessary. This week, we'd like to offer you something different. A tapping practice designed to help you: ✨ Calm your nervous system. ✨ Release the fear of making mistakes. ✨ Relate to uncertainty in a new way. ✨ Hear your own voice again. ✨ And gently rebuild trust in yourself. Because confidence grows when we support ourselves with kindness. 🎁 As a subscriber, you'll also receive a visual guide showing exactly where to tap. Enjoy!
Anxiety: When Your Body Says What Your Mind Can't Hear
2026/06/24
Have you ever found yourself saying... ... “I don't understand what's happening to me.” .... “I feel like I've lost control.” .... “I used to cope with everything, and now I struggle to leave the house.” And although every story is different, one thing keeps coming up: the feeling of being alone and the belief that something inside has broken. In this week's podcast, we share two real stories, as well as my own experience, which completely changed the way I understand anxiety. A big hug 🩶
The thresholds that transform us
2026/06/10
In this week's podcast, we reflect on life's thresholds. Those moments when something ends and something new begins to take shape. A graduation, a separation, a move, a loss, a new professional chapter, a milestone birthday. Moments that require our attention because they have the power to change us. In this episode, I also open my heart and share the threshold I am crossing as I turn fifty. A big hug.
The shame of not keeping up with everything
2026/05/27
Have you ever felt ashamed for not doing the things you know would probably help you? And meanwhile, feeling like everyone else seems able to cope… except you. In the new podcast episode, we talk about something very quiet but incredibly common: the shame of feeling like you can’t keep up with everything.. Because often the deepest suffering isn’t only in what we’re not doing. It’s in the way we speak to ourselves because of it. Big hug
Procrastination as protection
2026/05/13
I want to offer you an idea that might completely change the way you see yourself. What if procrastination isn’t laziness… but protection? Because a lot of the time, we don’t postpone things because we don’t care. In fact, we often procrastinate the things that matter most to us: that project, that conversation, that change, that decision. And the more important something feels… the more fear, pressure or emotional exposure it can trigger. In this new podcast episode, we explore procrastination from a much deeper and more compassionate perspective: We talk about how perfectionism, exhaustion, fear of failure — and even nervous system overload — can make a part of us say: maybe tomorrow. In this episode we explore: 1. procrastination and the nervous system 2. perfectionism and paralysis 3. fear of failure and fear of success 4. emotional resistance 5. and how to relate to ourselves differently Because maybe you don’t need more pressure. Maybe you need more inner safety. A big hug.x
Coming Back to Yourself: a guided meditation to release pressure
2026/04/29
I want to offer you something a little different. Instead of more content or more ideas about what to do or how to improve, today I want to offer something much simpler: a pause. Because so often we move through life holding more than we need to, expecting more from ourselves than actually helps us. And without realizing it, the body tightens, the mind speeds up, and we drift away from that inner place where there is calm. This episode comes from that place. 🎧 Coming back to yourself: a guided meditation to release pressure (link) A soft, guided meditation to help you slow down, release inner pressure, and reconnect with yourself. A big hug.
You are not "Nice" ... you have learned to adapt
2026/04/16
I want to ask you something simple, but important: Are you really “nice”… or did you learn to adapt? I’m not talking about being a good person. That’s something beautiful. I’m talking about something more subtle. Saying yes when you actually mean no. Softening what you feel to avoid discomfort. Keeping the peace outside… while something inside you feels off. Because many times, it’s not who we are. It’s who we learned to be to survive
Teens pulling away, parents not reaching out
2026/03/30
Do you feel like your teenage son or daughter is pulling away from you? I don’t mean whether they live with you. Or whether you talk. Or whether everything seems “fine” on the surface. I mean something more subtle. That feeling that you don’t quite know how to reach them anymore. That there is distance… even when you’re close. Because many times, it’s not that they are leaving. It’s that we don’t know how to read what they’re going through. Behind the silence… there is fear. Behind the attitude… there is insecurity. Behind “I don’t need you”… there is often “I don’t know how to ask you to come closer.” In the new podcast episode, we talk about this with honesty, and we also share our own experience with our two teenagers. What teenagers don’t say… but deeply feel. And how, as parents, we can hold the connection without invading. If you have children, or if you’ve ever felt lost in this stage… this episode is for you.
The smile we learned to wear
2026/03/11
On Sunday, I was in small and beautiful town of Catalunya, Miravet, presenting my book You’re Prettier When You Smile for International Women’s Day. And while walking through that quiet town, I kept thinking about a sentence many women have heard at some point in their lives: “You’re prettier when you smile.” A phrase that sounds harmless. But often carries something deeper. Because it’s not really about the smile. Very often it’s about pleasing. Softening. Not making anyone uncomfortable. Over time, that training can turn into something bigger: perfectionism, fear of conflict, and difficulty setting boundaries. In the new podcast episode I speak very openly about this. About the good girl syndrome in general and about my personal experience. About perfectionism. About the anxiety that can appear when we try to be perfect. And also about something important: how we begin to free ourselves from that pattern. If you’ve ever felt that you had to be perfect to be loved, this episode may resonate with you. Big hugs!
The Silent Distance in Relationships ❤️‍ (and How to Reverse It)
2026/02/25
I have an intimate question for you: Do you feel that your partner still chooses you? I’m not referring to whether the relationship continues, to whether you live together, or to whether you share responsibilities, but to something more subtle. Do you feel that the your partner is still interested in discovering who you are today? Did distance begin to grow between you instead? Because many couples don’t stop loving each other, but they do stop seeing each other. They stop asking how the other person truly feels. They stop showing parts of themselves. And little by little, the relationship loses its vitality. In the new podcast episode, we’re talking about how this emotional distance appears, with honesty and depth, and we also explore ways to start finding each other again.
