Apparently I'm going to fall in love next month, and that's all you really need to know. But in case that's not enough, here's a recap of the last 3 weeks, including my trip to Charlotte, my recent surgery, and some things I've learned about myself lately (like what a controlling bitch I am). 

A bunch of random shit I rambled on about for 65 minutes. Socializing, my decision to have/not have kids, body building, dating in your 30s vs dating in your 20s, people who can't be alone, and a trip to Charlotte.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I'm sharing my thoughts on sex (or lack thereof) and the link to mental health... And a bunch of other shit I rambled on about for 52 minutes through a stuffed nose. Is my Instagram content appropriate if I want to find a man? To be a wife and mom? Is it fair to talk about my partner on a podcast if I'm in a committed relationship? I talk about the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial. And I shared the results from the poll and my personal opinion to the question: "If you're in a relationship, how many times a week do you want/expect sex?" 

Happy Easter! Tonight I'm joined by my sister, Ivy. Ivy is 25 and a stay at home mom with 3 beautiful baby girls in a small mid-western town in southern Indiana. We discuss all relationship things I know nothing about- marriage, divorce, raising kids, and co-parenting. We also share some of our childhood experiences and how they have impacted our relationships today!

This week I'm joined by my friend Jay Cabrera to talk shit and catch up. We talk about the meat market (of men... and women) at Fresh Market, travel plans for the summer, and of course, DATING. We debate the question "Does salary matter?" in a relationship or pursuing someone new, and spending money on material items versus experiences. Tonight I'm joined by medical expert and doctor of internal medicine and gastroenterology- Dr. Lukasz Kwapisz... Or as I like to call him, K-Wap. Dr. Kwap is based in the Houston area and is a former soccer player. We discuss using sports to create discipline in our lives and sharpen our minds. He shares how he made the decision to choose a career as a physician in the medical field over professional sports, and how he navigates relationships with a demanding career today. We both weighed in on how the relationships we saw amongst our parents have affected the relationships we pursue today (modeling our parents' behaviors vs breaking generational curses). He talks about the qualities he's most attracted to in a woman, and how to weed out the real from the phony. He's hot. He's intelligent. He's stylish. Chels is back in Orlando for spring break and we're catching up on dating and sex, of course. Take a trip back to the pioneer days with us, where you only f****d to make a baby. Fast forward to the early 2000s where we discuss dating on the NEXT bus and Room Raiders, and the item we're most terrified for someone to find in our bedrooms. We'll wrap it up in the present day, discussing dating apps, speed dating, and getting ready for our date tonight with one lucky bastard. Oh, and we cover the importance of liking your partner's friends. 

I'm back home in Indiana for the weekend, and am joined by a very special guest in this week's episode- my mom! We discuss the sturdiness of the furniture in the spare bedroom, what she hates the most about me (nothing- I'm perfect), and mom weighs in on my current dating life. She shares her thoughts on the content I create, what being a mom means to her today with grown children, and rising gas prices. We also recap the finale of the latest shit show season of The Bachelor.

I talk about coming out of hibernation, getting in the dating pool, making friends in a new city, and finding my confidence again.
