Hi everyone, sorry for the delay on getting a podcast out.  I got my laptop repaired and I just dragged dragged dragged my feet (I hate technology!).  I should have done one though because I ended up relapsing over Christmas break after 6 MONTHS!  Have a conversation about quitting tomorrow with someone and wanted to get an episode out before that.  

It takes an active, diligent effort to stay clean

Levi is 28 years old and from New Zealand, this was a tricky one to coordinate as it was 5am my time and 10pm her time but we made it work!  She's been sober for 12 weeks and we had an awesome conversation, she is living the example of what getting clean can do for you and has no judgement on others who are walking their own path.  Getting clean is HARD but getting to the other side is so, so good!

Update on my wife's condition (I didn't do a good job of explaining that phone call, when I say "auto" I mean it was a robo call/automated system), exploring what happens when we slip up and smoke during our journey of sobriety, and exploring what the bible means when it says we're no longer "under the law" 

Psalm 89:7 states, "God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the holy ones, and awesome above all who are around him."  After I missed church on Sunday I watched a sermon on Monday about not being a complacent Christian and the spirit of reverence.  Talk to you soon!
