This is just a real-life update of what's been going on with me over the last few years since my last episode.

Ugh. I was thinking about this the other day when I was reminded of an incident as a child.

These poems are from my previous podcast, "The Mystical Poet." I'm refurbishing that podcast and transforming it into something else. For now, I want you all to see another aspect of myself. Poetry is art and a form of communication, one that I'm very adept with. My apologies if my podcasts don't really flow correctly. It was either use my old recordings or re-record (which I may do, eventually).

Just a big hello and happy new year!!!

May be integrating my poetry podcast (The Mystical Poet) into this podcast.

Just another entry in my digital diary.

In a post-pandemic era, a lot of places are hurting for workers and are hiring. In my case, I was let go. I was f*****g laid off. So you get to hear me spout off and wonder what the hell happened.

This is a diary of sorts. You are getting a glimpse of trauma I have endured. I want the world to see what it's like to deal with poor mental health and understand it.

This is about what Shadow Work is and I go into a brief description of the purpose of this podcast.
