Description

Red face is the nickname I gained because I could never hide when I’d get embarrassed and turn bright red. I admire transparency and aspire to bring my authentic, bubbly, sassy, witty humorous self to the stage. My underlining theme is my navigation through the world with my best friend, God. I want to talk about real life situations that just sometimes makes you wonder how in the WORLD DID I SURVIVE THAT? I hope to hear from other inspirational people and focus on light and love. Welcome!!

The Life of a Co-parenter ft Bethany
2022/01/16
I’m this episode we explore a different twist of parenting. You are single, but also parenting somehow with the children’s parent. I wanted to explore the positive outlook on co-parenting as well as some of the struggles. I relate most as a parent who co-parents. I don’t necessarily relate as a single parent. Our guest speaker this week has the experience, insight and wisdom to instill hope in others. I’m excited for this week’s episode and hope y’all can really take something from this. Also, if you’re in San Antonio Texas, Bethany really is a God’s sent to hair!! You want her experience. This weeks verse: 1 Corinthians 13:10-11. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Don’t be a Bitter Baby Fill in the Blank
2022/01/09
***editing bugs! I apologize in advance*** This is the experience of separating from my kids dad and the bitterness that literally almost consumed my life. I had to really stuff my emotions down, and do what was best for my kids. I was pregnant, hurt, broken and starting over. I resented my children’s dad and really had to check myself and leave the bitterness behind. My kids deserved happiness. And I deserved happiness. And evidently, so did their father. 2021/12/29
You had a baby. You are now responsible for this little life… you haven’t showered in a week and you looking a hot mess. Your body is different. Your emotions are wild. The baby won’t stop crying and now you understand why they make you watch a video about how not to shake a baby! All reality aside, one of the biggest guilts I’ve experienced is being sad when I should be happy after having a baby. If this sounds like you… girl, boy, you are not alone! What is postpartum depression…? Are you a bad parent because you experienced it? Well, before you throw the whole baby away, I’m here to tell you, like Michael Jackson did, YOU. ARE. NOT. What Now… It’s Positive
2021/12/19
In this episode we definitely discuss a touchy subject… abortion. I would recommend you listen with a mature audience. With that being said, I had to navigate my emotions of finding out I was pregnant at 21 while just starting my first relationship. We found out we were expecting 3 months into dating and I saying I was a glass case of emotions was only an understatement. Come explore my mind as I share about my first pregnancy experience. Please remain open minded. Remember we can agree to disagree and I only come from a place of love and respect for each one’s own path with God. This weeks scripture is Psalm 127:3. 🙏🏻🙏🏻😒 --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
