New Mom ALERT!  9.5 months of being pregnant here are my thoughts on my pregnancy. PLUS my guesses and expectations for labor & delivery Fun Fact: I went into labor 5 days after recording this!  The book I read before labor : Ina May's Guide to Childbirth  DISCLAIMER: This is my "ideal" birth plan and my experience. If you are not sure what you want for your pregnancy, labor& delivery talk to your OB or midwife team.

One second I was finding out I was pregnant and the next thing I know I am on "Scare new moms TikTok". How I overcame the negative outlook on pregnancy and being a new mom by changing my mindset. 

Those that are too busy hustling are too busy to be hating.  Are you hustling or are you hating? How are you utilizing your time and energy?  Here is my approach to stop comparing our lives and to stop the "hating". Here is a positive vibe and how to turn hating into hustling. 

Okay, I'm about to be real vulnerable with you. oh and Hi Karen just a disclaimer this is my journey & my feelings about my insecurities I had during my pregnancy. I am here to normalize being insecure in your pregnant body- it is OKAY and it was a part of my journey.  

Oh, you mean life isn't all rainbows and butterflies? Yep, that is exactly what I'm saying.  This is my journey through hardships both big and small. Here is my journey on how I use those tough moments and turned them into results. 

 How I took the leap from my 9-5 stable corporate job to full-time entrepreneur. Let me tell you this didn't happen overnight - it took some time but it was worth every second of hard work. Chasing your dreams isn't easy but it's worth it and not impossible. 

Let's talk about my all time favorite subject  positivity .  This is my journey into positive thinking.  How it happened and how reevaluated my life to fuel my cup.  Life isn't all rainbows and butterflies but I am here to tell you its possible to have no bad days. It all starts with your mindset.
