🔸 We're so efficient, like lucid dreams, just walking through walls. Call it 5 beats instead of 4. And that’s when she mentioned her father. Pacing is sooo important. 🔸 Hopelessness, and this part is not unblending... I try explicit direct access. We end on a high note. 🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs): - Shame Ready to give up  - In heart  - Fear of losing it all 🎓 What I'd like to do differently: This is the type of call I mark as "to revisit with a supervisor". Some people are simply overwhelmed, in tears. I try co-regulating... At least I didn’t panic. Wouldn't call it a complete failure, just tried a lot of different approaches.
