The New High
2026/01/04
Often times the start of something new comes with uncertainty, doubt and a hand full of anxiety. Facing a new year can stir up all of those emotions and then some. Join me for just a few moments as I share my thoughts on the subject and how I’m choosing a new approach. 2026 is going to be dope! #indeliblelogos #2026 #newyear #dope
We Need a Little Christmas
2025/12/14
It’s another Christmas inspired Indelible Logos episode. I share what I’ve been intentionally doing over the last few days to make the most of December and I drop a few names during the episode. Remember this time will only happen once. Live it out with purpose!
Making the Most of the Last
2025/12/07
No surprise that this episode revolves around the most wonderful time of the year and how to make the most of it. This season has something for everyone, the hopeful, the joyful and even the mournful. This season is full of reasons to give the very thing you may need the most. Join me and let’s live out this 2025 month of December with purpose and intention as it will never pass this way again.
Hello Again
2025/04/12
After a very long PAUSE, I’m hitting the resume button again and taking a moment to say HELLO in this impromptu recording. I promise to come back with a more professional and polished episode next time and you won’t have to wait another two years.
Embracing the Chaos
2023/02/19
In 2023 you’re going to have to learn how to rise above the situations and circumstances that come at you this year. Maybe instead of seeing them as obstacles, begin to view them as opportunities drawing out your skill sets to be further developed.
2023 Will Be Just Like Every Other Year Unless You Do This...
2023/01/23
What if you were told there was a guaranteed way to make 2023 the best year you've ever experienced, would anything stop you from being ALL IN?
Remembering Ruth
2022/03/17
Many of us are fortunate to have people in our lives who have been/are staples in shaping and molding us into the people we are today. This month in March we are celebrating women and this podcast is dedicated to a woman who exemplified both. Her name may not be as infamous as Sojourner Truth, Rosa Parks, Eleanor Roosevelt or any of the other women who are written and spoken about this month, but my grandmother Ruth Elaine Bey Jessamy London could have held her own alongside of them.  I dedicate today's episode to her as March 17th marks the 35th anniversary of her passing. Although she may have left my sight, I'll never let her leave my heart,
A Journey Through the Shadows of Death
2022/01/29
Addiction is defined as an inability to stop using a substance or engaging in a behavior even though it's causing psychological or physical harm. This episode takes an up close and personal look at C Thomas Carson's walk through the shadows of death in which he fought a life of addictions for a period of twenty five years.  While this episode gives an overall image of what his experience was like, his book the same title as this episode, takes that image and turns it into a full blown life size photo. C Thomas writes almost poetically as he brings you alongside of the journey. I highly recommend ordering a copy (no longer available in print) from C Thomas directly. $crossriver is his cash app.  There is hope for anyone who is ready to put in the work to be freed of their addiction, no matter what the addiction may be. There Is Hope!
25 Years & It's Still A Yes
2022/01/18
The first Indelible Logos episode of 2022 invites you to spend a few minutes with the hubbster (AKA Francis) and I on our 25 wedding Anniversary. It’s hard to believe so many years have passed and though we’ve had our mountaintop highs, we’ve also experienced a few deep diving lows, only to find out that we both have chosen to still say yes to the vows we spoke in a private ceremony at 5 pm on a Friday night back on January 17, 1997. True confession moment… Francis is everything I never knew I always wanted. See God often times will give you what you need because it’ll be far better than what you want. Romans 8:28 says He Works All Things Together For Good. Perhaps Francis and I are only just at the start of what God has had in mind for our marriage all along.
The Gift of Reclaiming Hearts
2021/12/20
Have you ever hoped for a thing and it winded up turning out better than what you imagined? That’s what this episode entitled “The Gift of Reclaiming Hearts” exemplifies, well at least for me. I had the honor of meeting and having a one on one conversation with Denise Jones, author of one of my new favorite Audible titles, “Secrets Over Sweet Tea” and founder of Reclaiming Hearts ministries. You are invited to listen in our time together and take any of the many nuggets of wisdom shared. I promise this episode is full of all the ways and meanings in which Christmastime pulls at your heart strings. Didn’t get enough of Denise? I know the feeling! It's Not Feeling Like the Most Wonderful Time of Year
2021/12/11
After a two week hiatus, Indelible Logos is back with what hopefully is an episode of hope through transparency. For a lot of people the month of December, which is often referred to as the Most Wonderful Time of Year, feels like anything else but that. I know this first hand because that's pretty much how I felt.  What can you do when you find yourself in this place? Tune in to this episode and lets work it out together. It's important to not get stuck in this moment of hurt, sorrow or anxiety. Let's help each other. Ready, Set, Go....
The Gathering - A Short Story for the Holidays
2021/11/23
I thoroughly enjoy the holidays which occur between November and January. What a great way to wind down from the year and prepare ourselves for the new one. If you're like me, I find ways to make the most out of this time. I decorate, watch movies, plan grown up playdates and of course read/listen to heartwarming stories. Well this year I wasn't able to find any new stories for Thanksgiving, there just aren't as many as there are for Christmas and even New Years! So in the absence of material, I decided to create one. You know what they say, "necessity is the mother of invention". Hence The Gathering. Meet Adeline, matriarch of the Atwood family who is not able to stay out of her family's business, even from beyond the grave. Watching from her HC (Heavenly Communicator) device she is unhappy with how her once close knit family has been strained since her departure from earth. Her family needs her now more than ever and not even an eternal thing like her death is going to stop her from bringing them together again.  Will she be successful or are her arms too short to reach them from Heaven?
Recipe for Success; Keep Moving Forward
2021/11/14
Any great recipe begins with the best ingredients. In today's episode we speak with Chanelle Watson, Published Author, Publisher, Writing Coach and a Chef. She mixes all of these roles along with one part tenacity, one part ambition and a double dose of love topped with a passion to serve through food to create the perfect serving of a successful catering business, Chanelle's Kitchen Collection. Chanelle shares with me how she overcame the obstacles and persevered to bring her business from a plan to a brand. https://chanelleskitchencollection.com

WHAT'S NEXT
2021/10/23
Wow, this episode is going to help someone for sure. I've had the darnedest time recording and uploading it for the last two days. It's short but not without powerful content.  Have you ever found yourself at any given moment wondering if you are being or doing all that you're meant to be? Feeling frustrated or anxious even that your very best efforts don't seem to be getting you closer to your goals? Well that's where I was and have been for the last few weeks. I found myself asking myself the question, what's next? Things around me had slowed down and didn't seem to be going anywhere.  In this episode I share about this experience and how I am combating it. Yes it's still occurring but I've gotten better at the deflection. It made me think if I'm going through this, there just may be someone else also dealing with a similar attack. That's usually the case... If that's you, please don't give up, don't give in because what's next could very well be the manifestation of your dreams becoming reality...
