The pandemic hasn't been easy on anyone, in this episode, we explore the mental impact that the lockdown and COVID restrictions have had on a teenage mind. From adapting to online schooling to not being able to hang out with your friends (if you have any). If for whatever reason, the discussion of 5 teenagers doesn't convince you, we have a qualified interviewee, Dr. Parul Upreti, an anesthesiologist from Delhi, who gives a deeper insight into the issue.
