Why You Feel Lonely When You Level Up”

Growing sometimes leaves you feeling lonely. But that’s OK to push through. There’s gonna be a new circle of people waiting on you when you’re done going through this journey people who have aligned goals, similar interests and are on the same level as you. You don’t need to feel guilty about leavingyour old circle who doesn’t align with you and doesn’t have the same goals behind.

I dive deeper into building your circle and environment. With the first episode I didn’t quite give as much as I wanted to I listened to it and took notes and this is what I got.

Build a Circle That Doesn’t Let You Slip Back Into Your Old Life

This episode is for the people who feel lost in a quiet way. The ones carrying the weight of their world while trying to hold themselves together. The ones who feel numb, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted but keep showing up anyway. If you’ve been moving through a chapter you can’t explain… this conversation will give language to what you’ve been holding inside. You’re not failing. You’re not broken. You’re shifting. You’re growing. You’re becoming someone new. You’re not lost — you’re in transition. Let’s talk about it.

This episode is for the strong ones — the ones who carry everyone but never get checked on themselves. If you’ve been holding it together in silence, this one’s for you.

Community helps bring joy and happiness in my life, maybe it can for you as well? Think about the word community, if you have a journal, I want you to write down what that word means to you and how it makes you feel. Family and friends together sharing memories, dinner and bonding.. some of the best memories I could ask for.
