Welcome to the Believe Podcast! Here, we discuss different Mental Health Topics with guests form differnet backgrounds.  Mental Health hasn't got the attention it deserves in Nepali Community. Discussion about any sorts of Mental Health issues are dismissed as taboos. Boys are told to man up, and girls are ignored. Especially now, as millions have been locked up in their homes due to the pandemic, mental health is deteriorating at an alarming rate. 5,673 suicides are reported by the Nepal Police just in the first 10 months of the 2019/20 fiscal year. We need to encourage people to speak up.
