Why Congruence Builds Trust (And Incongruence Breaks It)
2026/01/29
Send us a text
You know how people say certain things, but you can tell that underneath, they mean something else?
That subtle disconnect is often a sign of incongruence, and it deeply affects how we perceive others, whether we trust them, and how safe their words feel.
In this episode, we talk about congruence as it relates to business: why it matters, how it shows up in everyday interactions, and how true congruence becomes the foundation of trust.
Basically when your innie is matching your outie.

Heavy. Forced. Unnatural.
In this video, I share the real story behind The Art of the Approach. This is not about scripts, positioning, or better outreach tactics. It is about how you arrive, how you are received, and the impact your presence has on another human being.

When People Don’t Make Sense: Understanding Perception Mismatches
2026/01/21

Or we read meaning into something that is not always the reality.
How two people can both be right—and still clashMisunderstandings are often signals of a blueprint mismatch, not bad characterThis episode is an invitation to shift from judgment to curiosity, and from forcing alignment to building relational intelligence.
In this episode, you’ll explore:
What relational blueprints are and how they shape perceptionWhy “good intentions” don’t always land as intendedHow blueprint mismatches show up in business, sales, and leadershipThe power of understanding without agreeingWant to go deeper?

Why Trying to "Build Relationships" in Business Often Breaks Them?
2026/01/17
Send us a text
Most of us are taught that in order to generate opportunities in business, you gotta build relationships with people first.
So we do it.
We prospect for hours, send DM-s, do outreach, spend hours on our phones, or simply dread doing the "relationship" building because it feels misaligned with who we naturally are and avoid it altogether.
In this episode, we discuss the paradox behind the "relationship" building approaches and how it can feel good, and what a different orientation is that makes this effortless rather than a chore.
We go deep inside this work, inside the Art of the Approach. We start on February 1st. If this resonates, you can register here. https://www.dominikalegrand.com/art-of-the-approach

(BTS) The Art of the Approach: Beyond Scripts, Status, and Strategy
2026/01/13
Send us a text
Have you ever wanted to launch something, only to overthink how to frame it so it looks sexy?
And then, somewhere along the way, you realize that trying to keep it “market-relevant” actually diluted the essence of the program itself.
That’s exactly what I went through with my latest program, The Art of the Approach. In this episode, I share the full evolution behind it.
I also talk about how my relationship with approaching people in business has been shaped over time, and how that approach has evolved through experience, missteps, and deeper self-trust.

Delayed Resonance: How to Hold the Vision When Nothing Seems to be Working
2025/12/04
Send us a text
What happens when you’re doing everything you can…
…and the field stays quiet?
No sales.
No engagement.
No validation.
No signs that anything is “working.”
This episode explores one of the most misunderstood seasons in entrepreneurship:
the delay between creation and recognition.
Whether you're building a brand, refining your message, launching offers, or expressing a new level of your mastery, there will be moments when the feedback loop disappears. And if you don’t understand what’s actually happening, you’ll abandon ideas right before they catch on.
Inside this episode, I share:
- Why timeless work often takes time to reach people
- The difference between ideas born from experience vs. ideas born from fantasy
- How to hold your vision longer than the world takes to notice
- Why entrepreneurs quit too early, especially those who rely on external feedback
- How to build an internal validation system that carries you through the quiet seasons
- How to recycle, refine, and re-express your work so resonance builds over time
This is a video for the creators, the brand leaders, the entrepreneurs, and the emotional vision-holders who are building something timeless, not something trendy.
If the field is quiet right now… this is your permission slip to stay the course.

4 Rules to Stay a Grounded Communicator
2025/11/13
Send us a text
People don’t just hear your words; they also hear the state you’re in when you say them.
And if your state is something they have to manage before they can process what you’re actually trying to communicate, the conversation becomes harder for both of you.
If you want to be heard, understood, and effective in the way you speak, you must first be aware of your internal state.
This doesn’t mean you can’t feel your emotions or that you can’t speak while being emotional.
It means that when you’ve processed your emotion — even partially — the charge softens, and the other person can receive you more openly.
This is equally true in business.
When you are grounded and self-contained, your communication becomes clearer, cleaner, and more trustworthy.
In this video, you’ll learn the four rules of becoming a grounded communicator.
In today’s episode, we’re diving deep into grounded communication — the art of staying emotionally contained, congruent, and attuned so your words actually land.
🔹 Why your nervous system becomes the message people hear first
🔹 How to stop “passing your chaos” onto the other person
🔹 The 4 rules of grounded, emotionally intelligent communication
🔹 How to speak in a way that creates safety, not pressure
🔹 Why most people don’t listen to your words — they listen to your state
🔹 How to avoid emotional dumping while still being authentic
🔹 How to choose the right moment, the right tone, and the right level of presence
🔹 The difference between sharing to connect vs sharing for validation
🔹 How contained communicators build trust, respect, and influence effortlessly
If you want to be the kind of person others feel safe around
someone who doesn’t drain, overwhelm, or force others to manage your emotions
this is the framework you’ve been looking for.
Anyone who wants to deepen their presence and relational intelligence

The Problem With Hidden Agendas: How to Lead and Communicate With Integrity
2025/10/29
Send us a text
Have you ever realized—mid-conversation—that someone wasn’t really listening to you, but simply collecting data to prove a point or sell something? Hidden agendas are subtle, but they quietly erode trust, connection, and humanity in business and beyond.
In this video, Dominika Legrand explores:
Why hidden agendas feel so uncomfortable (and what’s really happening underneath)
How “diagnosing” people or leading conversations toward a pre-decided outcome breaks trust
The difference between inviting vs. pushing — and why leaders respond only to the former
How to communicate transparently, pre-frame your intentions, and keep your leadership energy clean
Whether you’re a coach, consultant, or service-based entrepreneur, this episode will help you create more honest, agenda-free conversations that build long-term trust and emotional credibility.

The Hidden Language of Conversations
2025/10/22
Send us a text
Most of us argue about the thing — but it’s never really about the thing. In this video, I break down the concept of subtext (or undercurrents) — the hidden layer of meaning underneath every conversation — and why learning to read it will make you absolutely invaluable in business, relationships, and life.
I’ll share real-life examples (including my own!) of how arguments over small things like a knife or a phone are actually about something much deeper — like safety, support, and presence — and how you can respond in a way that creates connection instead of conflict.
This is not about catching people on their “BS.” It’s about learning to hear what they really mean, meet them where they are, and create deeper trust.
If you want to build emotional intelligence, improve your client conversations, and stop wasting energy arguing over surface-level details, this video will give you the skillset you need to become a pro at reading subtext.

The 3 Energies Every Entrepreneur Must Master
2025/08/30
Send us a text
Are you managing your energy, or is your energy managing you?
In this video, I’ll share the 3 essential types of energy every entrepreneur needs to thrive in business and life:
Physical Energy → the fuel to take action.
Emotional Energy → your ability to contain yourself and others without burning trust.
Mental Energy → your bandwidth to focus on what really matters.
Most entrepreneurs burn out not because of lack of strategy, but because they haven’t mastered these three energy levels. When you learn how to contain your emotions, protect your bandwidth, and recharge your body, you become a steady and trusted leader.
Watch now to discover how to cultivate these energies so you can build your business without losing yourself in the process.
If this resonates, let me know in the comments: Which energy are you strongest at right now—and which one do you want to strengthen?ű
