This is a special episode for those who have loss family and friends recently, or who are still grieving over the loss of a love one / friend. We will talk about loss, why it’s hard , what the Bible states about it , and coping skills.

There comes a time in your life you have to pick your battles and stand up for yourself. Allowing others, or someone to run over you or try to run your life is not right. It is your life, you run it not the one in question. This can be anything from dating, how you dress, to your health care. It is one thing to give advice, it another to try and run a person’s life.

Part 2 of Ep 1, we as humans need to let the past go and live in the present. We must heal within in order to forgive and forget or we will never be truly happy nor will we learn to live life as we want not as life wants us to live it.

Talking about how life gets in the way of being happy, loved, and stress free and how life, if we allow it , will keep us from reaching those goals we set for ourself. We only get one trip around the sun might as well make it count. Smell the roses, live, laugh, and love.
