This episode was recorded while spending time in nature with an oak leaf. I explore many ideas, one being who we exist for, why we exist, how we communicate, what things actually are and how we perceive it to be. It is a beautiful episode that begs us to ask the question of who we are doing things for.

I have been off of social media for a whopping two whole days, and it’s as if a veil has been lifted. If we think of what social media is, it is to participate in social networking. That means we are participating in a networking that does not truly exist in real time, but the past or someone else’s current present, but not necessarily our own present. It is designed by people who study how the human mind works to keep you on it for as long as possible, and it is a means of consumption; constant consumption. Where is the room to digest if we are all consuming? Where is the room to ask yourself in a sea of other who you are and how you feel? I ask these questions and more in this short 16 minute episode.

Come on an adventure with me into the the unknown. I believe we need to get lost from time to time. If things are familiar all the time, we don't have a chance to see something different. Another way to be, or speak or live. Are we doing things that are familiar because we were taught to? Is the familiar who we really are? Who were we before conditioning? Could getting lost get us in touch with that?

In this episode I explore the concept of refraction, how we find everything in everything else, as well as the current state of our world and a possible way to "change" it, and how real change takes time.

Is it ever right to hate? Is hatred ever justified? Why do we hate someone for being hateful? It seems as though our hatred is a means of survival, and also denial. We hate hateful people, denying the hatred that exists in us. We point fingers to find others to blame so that we are safe and viewed as good. We crucify and are crucified. We don't want this to be the way it is for us, but create it for others. So what needs to change? How can we hold one another with curiosity and compassion?
