What is a tzuras hapesach? What does it accomplish? How tall does it have to be? Does the string need to be attached to the pillars?

It is disqualified if there is more gap then fence , or if there is a gap bigger then 10 amos. If it is an alleyway that many people pass through then you need a tzuras hapesach if it it is 4 tefachim wide. When it comes to corners any 4 tefachim gap disqualifies it.
