FLEX: Force Lethality Enhancement eXtended
2026/03/09
Identifying the right capabilities is only part of the challenge for NATO. Just as important is ensuring those capabilities can be delivered quickly, integrated smoothly, and employed effectively. Force Lethality Enhancement eXtended (FLEX), led by NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT), focuses on helping Allies meet that challenge. It builds on the earlier Force Lethality Enhancement (FLE) effort by helping Allies find faster, more practical ways to deliver military effects and strengthen deterrence and defence. In this episode of The Transformation Brief, we examine how FLEX helps Allies move from capability requirements to real-world effect faster.
