Description
Conversations with interesting people on topics I find interesting; Ranging from exercise, nutrition, education, careers, family to name a few. I am a father, husband, triathlete, ultra marathoner, and trying to break out of my antisocial shell. My hope is to add some more positivity into the world. To show our uniqueness and that we are not all that different either.
