Frank Littlejohn joins the boys at NFH 

We did it! The Girl-dad NFH hosts are super happy to have our first ever female pro hockey player on the pod. Mike Peluso @mwalleye1343 dropped by and shared some epic stories. A hell of a career with some unreal highlights: 🦩 surviving a fight against Chara 🦩 pranking Ken Hitchcock 🦩 pulling "the Lemieux" and more!

Mike Sgroi, "The Real", played 16+ pro seasons picking up over 1500 penalty minutes and playing with some of the biggest names in the game. A legendary story teller, we can confirm that one punch from Mike Sgroi would stop Producer Danny's heart.  He visits the NFH podroom to talk about  🦩 Taking his skills outside the game of hockey 🦩 Playing for Michel Therrien 🦩 Trying out the ol' Sean Avery standing in front of the net and more!
