The plastic card never called home. The new one can. Europe told every country to offer a digital ID app by Christmas 2026. America didn't wait — about twenty states already put your license on your phone. TSA takes it. Some bars take it. Utah wrote a law that says the app isn't allowed to tattle every time you show it. Most states didn't. Meanwhile Flock cameras are reading plates on the street. Hundreds of thousands of them. Cities are fighting about it. The Senate is asking questions. Phone ID plus plate camera is the same checkpoint. https://www.oppositionalforces.com

Smoke Pit. No lesson plan, no guest, no single headline. Scotty Don't and Mr. Frost sit down and talk through whatever is actually in the air this week — the stories that do not fit a numbered 101 episode, the ones that will be outdated by Friday, and the ones nobody else will say out loud. Expect tangents, arguments, and the usual reminder that the world does not wait for your training calendar. visit https://www.oppositionalforces.com

The sky over your house, your site, and your training lane is no longer empty. Hobby quads, prison-drop birds, police drones-as-first-responder, Flock cameras growing wings, and whoever has been flying waves over U.S. bomber bases. This episode is the DTIM chain — detect, track, identify, mitigate — plus the part the brochure skips: most of you are legally allowed to do the first three and will go to federal prison for the fourth. We map sensors without turning them into a shopping list for a crime, walk FAA Remote ID as a public license plate, cover what Ukraine taught everybody about silent fiber-optic birds, and roast the C- UAS market that sold the Army a handheld it later called terrible. Look up. Then call somebody who is allowed to touch the aircraft.

Men are not doing well. That part is real. Isolation, father wounds, dead-end work, no tribe, no useful hardship. The market noticed. Now you can pay three to eighteen thousand dollars to get screamed at, hosed down, blindfolded, and told you are finally a man — or sit naked in a circle and pass a wooden phallus while you talk about your dad. This episode maps the industry: the $18k "alpha" crucibles, the mythopoetic warrior weekends, the dating camps that film strangers, and the wilderness programs that buried kids under the same "break him down / build him up" language. We separate initiation that has a mission from theater that has a checkout page. You cannot buy a spine. You can rent a costume.
