"Life and death are in the power of the tongue" Proverbs 18:21 Satan's specialty are words that attack, slander, and accuse. Our Savior's solution are words that bless, restore, and defend. In this series, Pastor Steve will explore the power of the tongue, so we can ask ourselves if ours are aligned with satanic  purposes or aligned with Jesus for redemptive purposes.  For the notes to accompany this teaching, email [email protected]. --------- SUBSCRIBE ▶️   Receive our latest videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/PastorSteve... While many things have been brought to light through this series- deception is a recurring theme behind this phenomenon. While their goal to distract, bring fear, confuse, and deceive- do not forget that the throne of God still stands. The Creator was not displaced by His creation. The Creator was crucified by His creation, and rose on the third day. That is the truth no disclosure can overturn. --------- SUBSCRIBE ▶️   Receive our latest videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/PastorSteve... Principalities and Powers: Spiritual Warfare in the Present Age Ephesians 6:10-18 | Colossians 2:13-15 | Galatians 1:4 | Hebrews 6:4-5 | Ephesians 3:10 The cross was D-Day. The return of Christ will be V-Day. We live in the gap. At the cross, Christ did not strip the enemy of his weapons, but He did minimize their power. The principalities and powers still wield temptation, deception, accusation, and affliction, but they have been publicly humiliated and their authority over those in Christ has been broken. They have not yet been utterly destroyed. They remain active, defeated but still fighting, until the King returns. Kingdom victory in this present age comes from the combination of three texts. Galatians 1:4 tells us where we stand: delivered from this present evil age. Hebrews 6:5 tells us what we taste: the powers of the age to come. Ephesians 6:10-18 tells us how we fight: clothed in the whole armor of God. Positionally we are seated above the powers in Christ; practically we must enforce that position through warfare. Refuse the unspoken truce. Put on the whole armor of God. Stand firm in the strength of Christ until the King returns to finish what the cross began. --------- SUBSCRIBE ▶️   Receive our latest videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/PastorSteve... When Angels Fell: Satan's Rebellion and the Origin of Demons Satan and his demons are real, active, and hostile — but they are defeated enemies. Christ triumphed over every principality and power at the cross. They know their time is limited and their judgment is certain. We need not fear them, but we must not be naive. The sixth spirit we must overcome to reach our Promised Land is the Hivite spirit. The Hivite spirit is "peace at any cost" — spineless, passive, no backbone. Cowardice has eternal consequences (Rev 21:8). Jesus is both Prince of Peace AND bringer of the sword. Conquer the spirit of spineless passivity.  --------- SUBSCRIBE ▶️   Receive our latest videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/PastorSteve... The fourth spirit to conquer on the way to the Promised Land is the Canaanite spirit. It trades and peddles for self-advancement at others' expense. Sound familiar? It's satanic at its root. The antidote: lowliness of mind, esteeming others better than yourself, wisdom from above. --------- SUBSCRIBE ▶️   Receive our latest videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/PastorSteve...
