Well, here we are. The end of the line. At least as far as the Berserk anime is concerned. The gang recaps the final three episodes in a super-sized finale. Guts has returned to The Band of the Hawk and shares a very special moment with Casca. But the romantics don't last long as the two must lead a rescue mission to free Griffith from some pretty dire circumstances.

Corkus speaks more than he should, Guts says goodbye, and Godot the blacksmith admits how horny sparks make him.

Griffith, you dastardly man, you! This week we're unpacking the two-parter that sees Griffith and Guts' ultimate collusion play out, with enough twists and turns to make your head spin. It's a pivotal moment in the storyline, so tune in as the gang unpacks it all.

Undefeated in 100 years, the fortress of Doldrey sits as the final boss for the Band of the Hawk. Let's see if Guts can take some time away from playing dice with the boys in order to take on the slimy Governor's army.

Casca and Guts have reached a new level of friendship after taking down Adon Coborlwitz's 100-man army. Plus, Judeau's stock starts to rise, thanks to his magic healing fairy dust that he's been holding on to for god knows how long.

This week Guts and Casca are forced to spend time together in a tree hole where we learn how she came to join Griffith's army. Sometimes it takes falling off a cliff together in order to really bond with a person.

A stray arrow? A poison-tipped stray arrow? You know, to maybe kill Griffith? This week we unpack the assassination attempt on our fearless leader, who, let's be honest — is quickly becoming an annoying thorn in everyone's side. But after the slowest fall into shallow water anyone has ever done, we'll talk about Batman Guts and his sneaky mission that goes terribly awry.

The "will they, won't they?" tension between Guts and Griffith continues to mount as the Band of the Hawk faces growing conflict within the kingdom. Griffith has been attracting the wrong kind of attention and evil plans are starting to crystalize. Stray poison arrows and all that.

This week it's all eyes on Griffith as our favorite silver-haired boy is getting promotions left and right. With an even larger target painted on his back, we're starting to understand the nefarious plans of some of the nobles, all while the interpersonal relationships among the members of the Band of the Hawk become increasingly complex.

Before embarking on Berserk, Jeff was told this anime was going to take him places that perhaps he did not want to go. But by his account, it's been pretty smooth sailing so far. This week, we'll unpack the blossoming character dynamics as Guts, Griffith, and Bakalar's favorite, Corkus, all start to make their opinions known, gay water fights and all.
