We wanted to become wildly capable. Now we're on a mission to equip ourselves with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive. We want to train hard and run fast towards our goals.  And we apply this energy to every aspect of our lives—parenting, business, health, and marriage. This show is designed to explore ways to increase our capacity and and enable us to aggressively live out our calling.  We don't shy away from challenge.
