TOTW: "He Must Increase" - John 3:30
2026/04/13
Truth of the Week – “He Must Increase” (John 3:30)
In this week’s Truth of the Week, we dive into one of the most powerful and humbling statements in all of Scripture: “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
John the Baptist had every opportunity to take credit, build his own name, and elevate himself, but instead, he chose humility. He chose Christ.
This episode challenges us to examine our own lives:
Is Christ truly increased in our daily walk?Or are we still holding onto pride, recognition, and control? We’ll break down what it really means to let Christ increase in every area, family, work, and relationships, and what it costs to decrease. Because let’s be honest… dying to self isn’t easy. It means less spotlight, less credit, and less of “me.”
But it also means more of Him, more glory, more purpose, and more eternal impact.
If you’re serious about your walk with Christ, this truth will confront you, but it will also free you.
He must increase. I must decrease.
All glory to God.

Conquering Anger #3 Identifying the Root of Anger; Wounded Pride (Numbers 22)
2026/04/04
Anger doesn’t just appear out of nowhere.
Most of the time…There’s something deeper underneath it.
In this episode, I will uncover one of the most overlooked causes of anger...wounded pride.
Using the story of Balaam in Numbers 22, we walk through how pride quietly works beneath the surface:
It makes us feel disrespected It causes us to assume the worst It turns small irritations into real angerIt makes everything personal It blinds us to the truth And it leads us to attack the wrong target
The truth is a lot of our anger isn’t caused by what actually happened…
it’s caused by how our pride feels about what happened.
If we don’t deal with the root, we’ll keep producing the same fruit.
“If you only deal with anger, you’ll never fix the problem… because anger is the fruit, pride is the root.”

TOTW: Remove the Façade! - Proverbs 14:13
2026/03/16
Removing the Façade! | Truth of the Week
Many people walk through life wearing a smile while carrying a heavy heart.
In this episode of Truth of the Week, we look at the powerful truth found in Proverbs 14:13 — “Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness.”
The world teaches us to hide our pain, stay busy, laugh it off, and pretend everything is fine. But Scripture reminds us that outward laughter doesn’t always reflect what is happening inside the heart.
We explore why people wear emotional masks, why temporary distractions can never truly satisfy the soul, and how God sees past the façade that we often present to others.
From the emptiness described in Ecclesiastes to the powerful story of the woman at the well in John 4, this episode points to the hope found in Christ "the One who sees the real condition of our hearts and offers true restoration."
If you’ve ever felt the pressure to pretend everything is okay while quietly struggling inside, this episode is for you.
The good news is this:You don’t have to live behind a facade with God.The One who sees your heart is also the One who can heal it.

Conquering Anger #2 Identifying the Outworking's of Anger; Anger That Turns Into Hatred and Revenge (Genesis 27:30–41)
2026/03/09
🔥 Conquering Anger – Episode 2
Anger rarely stays small.
If it isn’t dealt with in the heart, it matures into something darker hatred, bitterness, and even revenge.
In Genesis 27:30–41, Esau’s anger toward Jacob grew into a desire to kill his own brother. What began as hurt quickly turned into something destructive.
Unchecked anger always grows.
In this episode, we look at how anger develops and why it must be dealt with before it takes root in the heart.

Leadership Principles: Care About People
2025/03/10
In this episode, we dive into a principle of genuine leadership and the truth behind the statement: People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Knowledge and expertise mean little if they aren’t backed by sincerity, compassion, and real investment (vision casting) in and for others. We’ll explore how this principle applies to leadership, ministry, and daily life, drawing from both Scripture and leadership leaders. True influence isn’t about how much we know—it’s about how much we love and serve.

TOTW: Danger of Faithless Prayers
2024/02/23
In today's podcast, we will be discussing a crucial topic on prayers of unbelief, which poses a great danger to our spiritual growth and communication with God. James, the author of the book of James in the Bible, warns us against the danger of such prayers, which can hinder our faith and prevent us from receiving God's blessings.
Prayers of unbelief are prayers that express doubt, fear, or lack of trust in God's power and ability to answer our prayers. Instead of praying with faith and expectation, we pray with skepticism and uncertainty, which undermines the very essence of prayer.
James 1:6-8 reads, "But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."
Doubt and unbelief can prevent us from receiving God's blessings, not because God is unwilling to answer our prayers, but because we limit ourselves by our lack of faith.
Therefore, we must be intentional about our faith and trust in God, even in the face of challenges and difficulties. We must pray with confidence, knowing that God is faithful and able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think!
Let us guard our hearts and minds against prayers of unbelief and instead pray with faith and expectation, knowing that God is able to do all that we ask or think!
