Overcoming the Fear of Judgement
2025/03/05
Hey! I'm back! After a bit of a holiday-start-of-the-new-year-craziness break, The Food Freedom Life Podcast is back with a topic I talk about with my clients ALL the time- the fear of judgement. When it comes to your body image, weight gain, or other insecurities you have, it can be easy to get stuck in your head about what other people are going to think about you. Will they notice I've gained weight? Will they think I've let myself go? Are they going to think less of me? Our inner gremlin can become really convincing that you are not good enough, unworthy, and a lesser version of yourself because of how your body looks. In this podcast episode, Registered Dietitian Brittany Cory dives into: The fear of judgement about your bodyHow fear plays into your confidence and ability to be present Why the validation from weight loss messes with your mind Looking outside of your physical appearance and shifting your mindset I'm here to teach you how to get out of your head, reframe the way you think about your body in social situations, and help you step into an embodied, confident, and freer version of yourself.
