The Man You Have Chemistry With but Who Won’t Commit Is a Test of Your Self-Worth
2026/10/25
Have you ever had amazing chemistry with a man who likes you, enjoys spending time with you, but still won’t commit to a relationship? You know you want more, but walking away is hard because the connection feels real and he hasn’t necessarily done anything wrong. In this episode of The Hey, Girlfriend Podcast, we’re talking about why walking away from a man you have chemistry with but who won’t commit can become a test of your self-worth. Sometimes, the hardest men to walk away from aren’t the ones who treat us terribly. They’re the ones we genuinely like, the ones we see potential in, and the ones we keep hoping will eventually want the same things we want. But you don’t have to be in a toxic relationship to recognize that a situation isn’t right for you. You don’t have to make a man the bad guy to decide that what he’s offering isn’t enough. And you don’t have to stop wanting someone before you can choose yourself. In this episode, we’re exploring how to stop negotiating your needs for the sake of a connection, how to accept that chemistry doesn’t always mean compatibility, and how to walk away from someone you genuinely want without turning his unwillingness to commit into a reflection of your worth. 💗 Subscribe for more conversations about self-love, dating, relationships, emotional healing, attachment, and learning to trust yourself in love. 💬 Join the conversation: Have you ever struggled to walk away from a man you had chemistry with because you kept hoping he would eventually commit? 145. You Don’t Have to Be Perfect to Be Loved Well
2026/10/22
Have you ever started to wonder whether you’re actually capable of being loved well? If you’ve experienced inconsistent love, emotionally unavailable men, one-sided relationships, or repeatedly found yourself trying to convince someone to give you the love you deserve, this episode is for you. In this episode of The Hey, Girlfriend Podcast, we’re talking about believing that healthy, reciprocal, emotionally available love is possible for you, even when your past relationships have made you question it. When you’ve spent years trying to love someone into becoming the partner you need, it’s easy to lose sight of your own ability to choose a relationship that aligns with what you want. You may start believing that you have to work harder, become better, or prove your worth before someone will finally love you the way you deserve. But your past relationships do not determine your capacity to be loved well. We’re discussing why you might struggle to believe healthy love is possible, how repeated relationship disappointments can affect your self-worth, why you don’t have to earn love by overextending yourself, and how to stop confusing your ability to endure an unfulfilling relationship with your ability to choose something better. You don’t have to be perfectly healed, have everything figured out, or become an entirely different person to experience healthy love. You are allowed to want a relationship where you feel valued, considered, chosen, and cared for. Your past can explain what you’ve experienced. It does not have to determine what you believe is possible next. If you’re ready to stop trying to prove you’re worth loving and start believing you can be loved well, this conversation is for you. Subscribe to The Hey, Girlfriend Podcast for conversations about self-love, relationship healing, emotional availability, attachment, boundaries, and learning to choose yourself without giving up on romantic love. 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
144. You’ve healed enough. You need a corrective experience.
2026/10/15
What if you’ve been doing the healing work, but the next step isn’t more introspection? What if you need a corrective experience? In this episode of Healing Sundays, we’re exploring corrective experiences and why understanding your wounds, recognizing your patterns, and becoming self-aware aren’t always enough to create lasting change. A corrective experience gives you new evidence that challenges what you learned to believe about yourself, other people, and the world. It’s how you begin to discover that the things you experienced in the past don’t have to determine what you experience in the future. We’ll talk about why you can understand your childhood wounds and still struggle with old patterns, how new experiences can challenge limiting beliefs, why self-awareness can sometimes keep you stuck in analysis, and how to begin building self-trust through the way you actually live. Sometimes the next step in your healing journey isn’t another wound to uncover. It’s an opportunity to experience something different. You are allowed to live while you’re learning, grow while you’re healing, and discover things about yourself that your past never gave you the opportunity to know. 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
143. A Man Is Not a Good Enough Reason to Compromise Your Life
2026/10/08
What if the more you loved your life, the less willing you became to compromise yourself for a relationship? In this episode, I’m talking about compromise in relationships, solitude, self-love, and the difference between making room for someone and making yourself smaller to keep them. After watching the now-viral Eartha Kitt interview clip where she speaks about wanting a love that appreciates the way she loves herself and wants to join her there, I started thinking about what it really means to build a relationship from a place of wholeness. Because healthy relationships do require compromise. But there is a difference between compromising in a relationship and compromising your life for a relationship. When you become comfortable with your solitude and stop seeing singleness as something you need to be rescued from, you begin to choose differently. You can want marriage without needing any particular man to give you a marriage. You can want love without accepting every version of it. And you can allow a man to be interested in you without assuming that means he belongs in your life. I’m also talking about why women sometimes compromise too much because they’re afraid that becoming too fulfilled on their own will leave them alone forever—and why I believe the opposite can be true. The right relationship should have room for the woman you already are. It shouldn’t require you to become smaller, quieter, less ambitious, less independent, or less yourself just to make the relationship work. You don’t have to stop wanting love. You just have to stop needing it badly enough to betray yourself to have it. And as a woman who married later in life, I share what I’ve learned about entering marriage after you’ve already built a life of your own—and why I believe the best relationships aren’t about finding someone to complete your life, but finding someone who fits into the life you’ve already learned to love. In this episode: • The difference between healthy compromise and self-abandonment • Why solitude changes how you choose relationships • Why being wanted doesn’t automatically mean you should choose someone • How fear of being alone can make us overcompromise • Why a relationship should add to your life rather than take you away from it • What Eartha Kitt’s perspective can teach us about self-love and partnership • Why you can want marriage and still refuse to settle • How becoming fulfilled on your own can change the kind of love you’re willing to accept If this resonates, share it with a woman who needs the reminder that she doesn’t have to make her life smaller to make room for love. 142. So It Was a Mother Wound That Made Me Chase Emotionally Unavailable Men…
2026/10/01
For years, I thought my struggles with men came from a father wound. I assumed that because I had patterns of chasing emotionally unavailable men, wanting to feel chosen, and staying too long in relationships that hurt me, there had to be something unresolved in my relationship with my father. But when I really looked at my childhood, I realized something completely different: It wasn’t a father wound. It was a mother wound. I was a daddy’s girl growing up, and my relationship with my father didn’t become estranged until much later in life, after I began seeing parts of him I hadn’t understood as a child. But my mother was the first emotionally unavailable person I learned to chase. She loved me, but her love could feel inconsistent. She could be emotionally distant and unavailable, and as a child, I often questioned whether she loved me because I didn’t always feel loved by her. I didn’t realize then that I was learning something about love. I was learning how to reach for someone I loved when I couldn’t always feel emotionally close to them. And years later, I found myself repeating that dynamic with emotionally unavailable men. In this episode, I’m talking about the mother wound, emotionally unavailable parents, childhood attachment patterns, chasing emotionally unavailable men, and how the love we experience in childhood can shape what feels familiar in our adult relationships. This isn’t about blaming mothers or reducing every relationship pattern to childhood. It’s about understanding our own stories with more honesty and compassion—and recognizing the patterns we may have learned before we were old enough to question them. Sometimes the person you learned to chase emotionally wasn’t a man. Sometimes the pattern started much earlier. And sometimes healing means realizing that the love you learned to chase is not the love you have to keep choosing. ✍🏽Substack Article: https://open.substack.com/pub/ivebeenthatgirl/p/it-wasnt-a-father-wound-it-was-a?r=kgfiq&utm_medium=ios 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
141. Stop Making His Inability to Love You a Reflection of Your Worth
2026/09/17
What if the most painful part of a relationship ending isn’t only what he did to you—but what you started believing about yourself because of it? If you already carried beliefs that you were unlovable, unwanted, not enough, too much, or somehow difficult to choose, being hurt by someone you loved can feel like confirmation. He didn’t choose me. I’m not worth choosing. He couldn’t love me properly. I’m not lovable. He left. People always leave me. And suddenly, someone else’s behavior becomes evidence for a story you were already telling yourself. In this episode, we’re talking about re-wounding yourself after heartbreak, the connection between painful relationships and self-worth, and what it really means to stop living from a victim identity without blaming yourself for what happened to you. You can acknowledge that someone hurt you without allowing what they did to become your identity. You can accept that someone may have cared about you while also accepting that they weren’t capable of giving you the love you needed. You don’t have to convince yourself that he never loved you in order to let him go. You don’t have to hate him to choose yourself. And you don’t have to turn his limitations into a verdict on your worth. Because healing isn’t pretending it didn’t hurt. It’s refusing to keep using what happened to you as evidence against yourself. You were hurt. But you don’t have to keep hurting yourself with the story you created about what that hurt means about you. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
140. Don’t Be So Understanding That You Settle For Less
2026/09/10
What happens when being understanding starts keeping you stuck in a relationship that hurts you? In this podcast episode we’re discussing the limits of understanding someone you love. You can understand his childhood, his wounds, his fears, his attachment style, and even why he struggles to love you the way you need—and still decide that his behavior is not something you are willing to keep experiencing. Sometimes women become so good at seeing a man’s perspective that they stop honoring their own. They forgive too quickly, suppress their anger, excuse repeated behavior, and give unlimited access because they understand why he is the way he is. But understanding is not the same as excusing. Forgiveness does not mean reconciliation. Compassion does not require continued access. And you can understand why someone hurt you without talking yourself out of being hurt. This episode explores emotional boundaries, relationship standards, accountability, forgiveness, anger, attachment, emotional neglect, and what it really means to stop abandoning yourself in the name of being understanding. You don’t have to make him a bad person to admit that his behavior is hurting you. You don’t have to stop loving him to set a limit. And you don’t have to stop understanding him—you just have to understand yourself, too. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
139. You Don’t Need Him to Change. You Need to Decide.
2026/09/03
You don’t need him to change. You need to decide. Sometimes we spend so much time hoping someone will become the person we need that we forget to ask ourselves a much harder question: what am I going to do if he doesn’t? This episode is about making that decision. “Make Him Either Rise to You or Lose Access to You” isn’t about manipulating a man, playing games, withholding affection, or trying to force someone into becoming a better partner. It’s about knowing what you need in a relationship and being honest enough to recognize when someone isn’t willing or able to meet you there. Because a man can love you and still not be capable of giving you the relationship you want. You can understand why he struggles with vulnerability and still need emotional availability. You can have compassion for his circumstances and still require consistency. You can see his potential and still make your decision based on his reality. And sometimes the hardest part isn’t accepting that he won’t change. It’s accepting that you have to decide what you’re going to do about it. In this episode, we’re talking about standards, self-respect, emotional availability, overgiving, waiting for potential, and the moment you realize that continuing to give someone access while hoping they’ll eventually become different is costing you more than you’re willing to pay. You don’t need to convince him to rise. You need to stop lowering yourself so you can stay. If he rises to meet you, let it be because he genuinely chooses to. And if he doesn’t, let his inability to meet you give you the clarity you need to make your decision. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
138. Grieving the Future You Thought You’d Have With Him
2026/08/27
Grieving the future you thought you’d have with him can be one of the hardest parts of letting go. Sometimes you’re not just grieving the man. You’re grieving the marriage you imagined, the family you pictured, the life you planned, and all the moments you thought the two of you would eventually share. In this episode of Healing Sundays, I’m talking about what happens when you become so attached to the future you imagined with someone that you stop paying attention to the relationship you’re actually living in. I know what it feels like to stay because you don’t want to give up on the life you thought you were going to have. But letting go of him doesn’t mean giving up on love. It doesn’t mean your future is gone. It doesn’t mean you’ll never experience the relationship, safety, commitment, or deep love you wanted. Sometimes you have to grieve what you thought your life would be so you can make room for what your life can still become. If you’re struggling to let go of an ex, move on from a toxic relationship, or accept that the person you imagined your future with isn’t the person you can build that future with, this episode is for you. You can still have the love you wanted. It just may not be with him. 💜 ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes  https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers)  https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers)  https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers)  https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
137. He Doesn’t Want a Relationship—And It’s Not Your Job to Change His Mind
2026/08/20
He says he doesn’t want a relationship, but he still calls, texts, spends time with you, acts like your boyfriend and enjoys all the benefits of being with you. So what does that actually mean? In this episode, we’re talking about the confusion that comes with being involved with a man who says he doesn’t want commitment but continues to participate in something that feels like a relationship. We’ll get into situationships, mixed signals, relationship benefits without commitment, and why his unwillingness to commit is not an invitation for you to prove that you’re lovable enough to change his mind. Sometimes he already knows how great you are. The question isn’t how to convince him to choose you—it’s whether what he is offering is enough for you. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
136. The Wrong Man Will Have You Questioning Your Worth
2026/08/13
Have you ever known you were a good woman but still found yourself wondering why you weren’t good enough for him? In this episode, we’re talking about how being with the wrong man can slowly make you question your worth—not because you never knew your worth, but because his inability to choose you, cherish you, or love you well can make you feel like you need to prove it. We’ll talk about why we become so focused on getting the wrong man to recognize our value, why his refusal to grow can make us question whether our love was good enough, and how loving an unhealed or emotionally unavailable man can leave you internalizing things that were never about your worth in the first place. Because sometimes you weren’t questioning whether you were a good woman. You knew you were. You were questioning why being a good woman still wasn’t enough to make him love you well. And eventually, healing asks you to stop wondering whether you were good enough for him and start asking whether he was ever good enough for you. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
135. I Disagree With The Phrase, “Love Isn’t Enough”
2026/08/06
Love is enough. But only when we’re talking about love as something we practice, not just something we feel. In this episode of The Hey, Girlfriend Podcast, we’re exploring one of the hardest questions in healing: If love alone isn’t enough… what have we been calling love all this time? Many of us learned to define love by chemistry, kind gestures, moments of connection, or the relief of finally feeling seen. But real love isn’t measured by isolated moments—it’s revealed through consistent patterns. We’ll talk about why women stay in relationships that aren’t meeting their needs, how childhood emotional deprivation shapes our definition of love, why feelings alone aren’t enough to sustain a healthy relationship, and the difference between feeling emotionally moved by someone and being genuinely cared for. If you’ve ever confused potential with partnership, chemistry with compatibility, or intensity with intimacy, this conversation is for you. Because healing isn’t just changing who you choose. It’s changing what you call love. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
134. The Grief That Comes With Choosing Yourself
2026/07/30
Everyone tells you to choose yourself. Set the boundary. Say no. Put yourself first. Protect your peace. But no one talks about what happens after. In this episode of The Hey, Girlfriend Podcast, we’re having an honest conversation about the emotional cost of choosing yourself. 133. You Were Never Meant to Earn Love by Overgiving | What Being Loved Well Really Means
2026/07/16
Many women have been taught that love is something they earn by giving more of themselves. In this episode, we’re unlearning that belief together. We’re talking about what it actually means to be loved well, why healthy love protects you from overextending yourself, and why someone who truly loves you pays attention to what your giving is costing you. Because the healthiest love you’ll ever experience won’t ask you to disappear—it will make more room for you to exist. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes  https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers)  https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers)  https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers)  https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
132. You Can Leave Based On How He Makes You Feel—That’s ENOUGH
2026/07/09
If you’ve been going back and forth in your head trying to figure out if what you’re feeling is valid — this video is for you. You don’t need receipts. You don’t need a list of things he did wrong. You don’t need to be able to explain it to your friends or make it make sense to him. A feeling is data. And it is enough. In this video we’re talking about why so many women intellectualize their way through relationships that are hurting them — overanalyzing his behavior, researching his attachment style, giving grace where grace isn’t being earned — instead of simply honoring what their body and heart have been trying to say the whole time. You are allowed to leave because something feels off. You are allowed to leave because you don’t feel safe. You are allowed to leave because you feel small, or unseen, or like you’re slowly disappearing inside of this relationship. You don’t have to build a case. You don’t have to prove it. You just have to trust yourself. ✨ Let’s connect: 💜1:1 coaching & BONUS podcast episodes https://www.patreon.com/Ivebeenthatgirl 💜books, coaching and more: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net Authors page: https://www.amazon.com/author/kindalld 💜MY SOCIALS: YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?si=ztPs0PVePJP-q6Vr Instagram: (154K followers) https://www.instagram.com/kindall__d?igsh=MWJmZDVrZTYyaTZrbw%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Facebook: (9.9k followers) https://www.facebook.com/share/1NPUp2wNMQ/?mibextid=wwXIfr TikTok: (50.7K Followers) https://www.tiktok.com/@ivebeenthatgirl?_t=8s8vdJSMVZv&_r=1 Threads: (35K followers) https://www.threads.net/@ivebeenthatgirltoo?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Business Inquiries: https://linktr.ee/ivebeenthatgirl.net (Click the envelope icon at the top of the site)
