Send us Fan Mail New body camera footage has been released in the Kohen Wiley case, and in my opinion, this footage raises even more serious questions about Officer Hunter Foster use of force. This is NOT the same body camera footage released two days ago. This newly released footage is from Officer Hunter Foster himself, and it shows him drawing his weapon while running toward the vehicle occupied by Kohen Wiley as the vehicle is reversing. Officer Hunter Foster fires three shots. In my opinion, the first and second shots require further independent investigation. However, I believe the third shot, which appears to have been fired from the side of the vehicle, raises particularly serious questions about whether the use of force was legally justified. Under U.S. Supreme Court precedent, each use of force from an officer must be evaluated based on the circumstances at the moment it occurs. A moving vehicle can present a deadly threat, but that does not automatically justify firing at it, particularly if the immediate threat has passed. In my opinion, this new footage strengthens the case for criminal charges against Officer Hunter Foster. I believe he should be arrested, formally charged, and required to answer for his actions in court. There have also been reports suggesting that Officer Hunter Foster has resigned. However, an official resignation letter has not been made public, and we are reserving that announcement until we receive official confirmation. I also believe that resignation alone is not enough. If Officer Hunter Foster simply resigns, there is a possibility he could seek employment with another law enforcement agency. In my opinion, he should be terminated and held accountable through the criminal justice system. We’re going to watch this newly released body camera footage together, examine all three shots, and discuss why I believe this case demands immediate accountability and an independent investigation. I would also like to remind everyone that earlier this week, Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch officially determined that Officer Hunter Foster’s use of force in the shooting of Kohen Wiley was justified and declined to pursue criminal charges. This decision was announced before the full body camera footage was publicly released, and in my opinion, the newly released evidence raises serious questions about that determination. Kohen Wiley’s family and attorneys just held a powerful press conference, making it clear that they believe this is an open-and-shut case and that Officer Hunter Foster should be held criminally accountable for the Kohen Wiley incident.  In today’s video, we’re going over the entire press conference. Authorities are expected to officially release the complete footage today after allowing the family to view it first. But one major question remains: Who leaked yesterday’s footage, and why? During the press conference, the family and attorneys raised several serious concerns: * Alleged Shoplifting: Attorneys emphasized that this was an alleged shoplifting incident. Nobody had been arrested or charged with shoplifting at the time. * Officers’ Actions: The family’s legal team argued that officers appeared prepared to act aggressively before the vehicle was allegedly pointed toward them, pointing to footage showing officers running out of Walmart with their hands near their waists. * Walmart Policy: Attorneys questioned why officers pursued the situation on Walmart property when Walmart’s shoplifting policy reportedly discourages chasing suspected shoplifters. * Independent Autopsy: Mississippi has not yet released the official autopsy findings. Yesterday, we reported that Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch determined that Senatobia Police Officer Hunter Foster was justified in his use of force and would not face criminal charges. That decision has sparked significant backlash. We will pin yesterday’s video in the comment section below. Today, we’re examining the newly released footage. According to an article published by Mississippi Today, in collaboration with journalists from The New York Times and Verite News, a law enforcement official who requested anonymity confirmed the authenticity of the footage. The news organizations also conducted their own video analysis, comparing the recordings with previously captured bystander footage. Darkhorse Press reports obtaining three body-camera recordings and two Walmart surveillance recordings. HOWEVER, THERE IS SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER! Based on the footage I have reviewed so far, including the Walmart surveillance video, I believe Hunter Foster was NOT justified in his use of force and should be arrested immediately. That is my opinion. What I see raises serious concerns about the actions of Officer Foster and what I believe was a clear abuse of power. However, I also recognize that additional footage could provide important context, which is why the complete release of ALL available recordings is so important. We then presented our terms and proposals, including TWO NON-NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: 1. THE SEA TOW AUDIO: Both sides would mutually agree on an independent, court-approved forensic audio expert to examine the UNREDACTED Sea Tow audio, followed by a qualified forensic transcription specialist to help establish exactly what can be heard in the background. The goal? To finally give the public credible, independently examined forensic evidence instead of endless speculation. 2. THE ALLEGED HORN ISLAND WITNESSES: We wanted answers about the credibility and reliability of the witnesses who reportedly claimed to have seen Nolan Xavier Wells on Horn Island around 6 PM on July 4. How did they identify Nolan? Did they know him personally? How far away were they? And what evidence supports their accounts? These were not unreasonable requests. Send us Fan Mail Today marks 90 days since Nolan Xavier Wells went missing. Tomorrow morning, October 5, 2026, on Day 91, we are turning the pressure up. While scrolling through Instagram on Friday, I came across a content creator encouraging people to contact Mississippi District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath’s office and demand that Nolan’s case be reopened. A few hours later, she posted an update saying that due to the overwhelming number of calls, the phone line was being sent directly to voicemail and that the voicemail would likely become full. She then offered several other ways people could make their voices heard. That inspired me to make this video. If calling is no longer effective, we need to look at other lawful ways to make sure the DA’s office hears us. At this point, I’m tired of hearing these interviews described as “exclusive” when Warren, Jax, Morgan, and their attorneys have repeatedly appeared in the media to tell their side of the story. Nevertheless, I made a promise that whenever anyone from the opposing side speaks publicly about the Nolan Wells case, I will bring it to you, examine what was said, compare it with the information we already have, and challenge what I believe are false or misleading narratives. During this interview, Warren, Jax, and Morgan discussed the grand jury, Benjamin Crump, their relationship with Nolan, and their claim that Nolan was like a brother and best friend to them. They revisited July 4 and said they had to leave Horn Island around 4:30 because their boat was taking on water. They said Wyatt told Nolan that he needed to get on the boat, but according to their account, Nolan clearly said no and decided to remain on the island with a girl, saying he would get a ride back “with her.” Morgan said it was normal for people to go to the island with one group and return with someone else. Jax discussed Nolan leaving his phone behind, while Warren talked about calling Christine around 11:00 p.m. and later contacting the Coast Guard. They also discussed learning that Nolan’s body had been found on July 6. Warren addressed criticism surrounding his emotions during interviews, saying he becomes defensive when cameras are in his face and that he cries when he is alone. Jax and Morgan both said they cried over losing Nolan. The interview also touched on last week’s statements from digital forensic expert Andrew Garrett and the questions surrounding Nolan’s phone, including Christine’s earlier statements about information allegedly being deleted and what Garrett says his forensic examination ultimately showed. Send us Fan Mail There has been a MAJOR development in the Nolan Xavier Wells case, and it could bring us closer to the truth about what happened July 4 2026 on Horn Island.  World-renowned digital forensic expert Andrew Garrett, who was hired by the legal team representing Nolan’s family, revealed during a recent interview that neither he nor Ben Crump has received what Garrett describes as the original, unredacted Sea Tow audio. That raises some serious questions. For weeks, we have heard conflicting claims surrounding this recording. The public heard audio released through WLOX and the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources. Enhanced versions later circulated in which people believe they can hear disturbing background statements, including “Dammit, Bart,” references to Nolan’s name and questions about whether Nolan was okay. Then came claims that portions of the circulating audio had been doctored or added.  Nancy told her audience that the original Sea Tow audio from WLOX had been doctored and that someone added the background voices we hear, including “Dammit, Bart,” people calling Nolan’s name and someone asking if Nolan is OK.  Now Garrett is asking for the original recording with identifying information such as the phone number and membership information unredacted. So what exactly is on the original recording? And why hasn’t District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath provided the version Garrett says he needs to independently examine? For me, the Sea Tow call could be one of the most important pieces of evidence in the entire Nolan Xavier Wells case. I want to know exactly what exists underneath those redactions. I believe the controversial background voices exist on the original source recording. I believe the truth about what happened to Nolan could be tied to that original Sea Tow recording.
