Pure Weak Enoch
2026/02/02
Can weakness really become strength? And can ordinary, imperfect people actually become Zion? 🤍 This week on Go & Do, Candis Shupe takes us deep into Moses 7 the powerful, emotional story of Enoch and the City of Zion and reframes it through one surprising lens: pure weakness. Enoch didn’t start strong. He didn’t feel capable. He didn’t believe he was enough. And yet, through Christ, his weaknesses became the very tools God used to build a city so righteous it was taken into heaven. In this episode, you’ll explore:  💔 Why God doesn’t wait for strength before He calls us—and how Enoch’s fears mirror our own 💪 How Ether 12:27 plays out in real life, as Enoch’s weaknesses are transformed through faith in Christ 🏛️ Why the temple matters when you don’t know what to do, and how peace often comes before answers 🗣️ What it means that God spoke to Enoch “face to face” and what that invites us to believe about our own relationship with Him ❤️ How Zion begins in the heart, with being “pure in heart,” unified in purpose, and real before God Zion wasn’t built by perfect people. It was built by people who took their weaknesses to the Lord—and let Him do the strengthening. So what will you do with your weak things? Will you turn them over, draw nearer to God, and let Him make you mighty? Because Zion still begins the same way it always has one heart, one mind, centered on Christ. Walk With Me
2026/01/26
What does it really mean to walk with God? 🚶‍♀️✨ This week on Go & Do, Candis Shupe invites us to stroll through scripture, family history, and the powerful story of Enoch a prophet remembered for one simple but life-changing description: he walked with God. Genesis 5 gives us a fascinating family record long lives, faithful generations, and one standout figure who didn’t just live a long time, but lived close to God. Moses 6 then pulls back the curtain and shows us how Enoch learned to walk with Him and how we can too. In this episode, you’ll discover:  🧬 What our family histories (scriptural and personal) teach us about legacy, teaching faith, and walking patterns we inherit 👣 Why “walking with God” is more than a phrase, and what it actually looked like in Enoch’s life 😬 How feelings of inadequacy don’t disqualify us from God’s work Enoch felt them too 🗣️ What it means to be “wild” for the gospel, and why strong, faithful conviction matters 📖 How to take counsel from God instead of the world, and better align your life with Him God’s invitation to Enoch is the same invitation He extends to us today:  “Walk with me.” So how will you do that in 2026? Will you listen, follow, trust, repent, and believe? He’s already walking—He’s just waiting for you to join Him. 💛 Go & Do Challenge Search Moses 6 to find ways you can walk with God in 2026Follow the prophetBe wildTake counsel from GodTurn to Him, hearken, believe, repent, be baptized, pray in faithIf you like what you hear don't forget to follow and leave us a review! The Devil Made Me Do It
2026/01/19
This week on Go & Do, Candis Shupe walks us through the Fall of Adam and Eve and the tragic story of Cain and Abel to answer a question we’ve all wrestled with: How much power does Satan actually have over our choices? Using insights from Moses, Genesis, and the Book of Mormon, this episode clarifies Satan’s role and our responsibility. In this episode, you’ll explore:  ⚖️ Why opposition is essential to God’s plan, and how Satan fits into that eternal law (2 Nephi 2) 🔥 How Lucifer became Satan, and the difference between his plan and Christ’s plan (Moses 4) 🍎 Why Adam and Eve weren’t “forced” to fall, but were enticed and what that teaches us about agency 🩸 What Cain’s choices reveal about accountability, secrecy, and Satan’s influence 🧭 Four powerful modern lessons about temptation, hiding from God, repentance, and the hope of the gospel Satan can tempt. He can persuade. He can lie. But he cannot make you choose. So the real question isn’t “Who made me do it?” It’s “Who will I choose?” Because daily decisions really do determine destiny. ✨ Go & Do Challenge Choose God and the GospelIf you like what you hear don't forget to follow and leave us a review! But I Am Not Creative
2026/01/12
“I’m just not creative.” 🎨🚫 Have you ever said that about yourself? This week on Go & Do, Candis Shupe invites you to rethink what creation really means and what it reveals about you. As we study the Creation accounts in Genesis, Moses, and Abraham, we discover that creation isn’t just about art or talent it’s about vision, obedience, responsibility, and divine identity. In this episode, you’ll learn:  🌍 What the Creation teaches us about God’s pattern that all things are created spiritually before they are created physically  👩‍🦱 Why Eve is the crowning work of Creation, and what that teaches us about partnership, sealing, and divine worth  💡 How creativity goes far beyond art, and why envisioning, believing, and acting are part of our God-given capacity to create You were created by a Creator and that means creating, caring, and building are part of who you are.  So maybe the real question isn’t “Am I creative?” but “What will I create this year?” ✨ Go & Do Challenge Study creation and create – as His children, we have this innate ability.Be responsible stewards.Episode Links Come, Follow Me If you like what you hear don't forget to follow and leave us a review! What's Your Work?
2026/01/05
What are you really doing with your time and how does it line up with God’s work? This week on Go & Do, Candis Shupe reflects on purpose, perspective, and eternal priorities through the powerful lenses of Moses 1 and Abraham 3. As we remember the life and example of Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, this episode invites a deeply personal question: What does my work look like in the grand scope of God’s plan? In this episode, you’ll explore:  🌌 What it means to “hie to Kolob” and how Abraham’s vision reshapes our understanding of time, mortality, and eternity ⏱️ Why mortality is incredibly short from God’s perspective and how even “90 minutes” of goodness can matter eternally 📖 The difference between God’s work and our work, and how proving ourselves happens through daily choices (Moses 1:39; Abraham 3:25) 🏛️ Why the temple matters so much when it comes to seeing God, knowing Him, and aligning our work with His God’s work is eternal and so is your potential. Let's Go & Do.  Go & Do Challenge Be good/do good for 90 minutesSet a personal temple goalShare with us! Episode Links Come, Follow Me If you like what you hear don't forget to follow and leave us a review! Look for Christ
2025/12/29
Welcome to Season 4 of Go & Do! This year, Candis Shupe invites you into an ancient book with a powerful, modern focus: finding Christ page by page, story by story. The Old Testament can feel overwhelming at times, filled with unfamiliar names, cultures, and stories. But when we know what to look for, it becomes one of the clearest witnesses of Jesus Christ and His gospel. In this episode, you’ll learn:  ✝️ Why the Old Testament is all about Christ, even when His name isn’t obvious and how Jesus Himself identified as the God of the Old Testament 📜 How covenant names like “Jehovah” point directly to the Savior, revealing His role long before His mortal ministry 📚 How to study the Old Testament this year using the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and modern revelation to uncover timeless gospel truths This season isn’t about checking boxes or getting through chapters it’s about learning to see the Savior everywhere, including in your own life. So as we begin this new year and a new book of scripture, here’s the invitation:  Will you look for Christ? I Testify of Christ
2025/12/22
What has Jesus Christ changed in your life this year? ✨ As we close out the year on Go & Do, Candis Shupe invites you to pause, reflect, and do the most important thing we can ever do testify of Jesus Christ. This episode centers on The Living Christ, the powerful declaration issued by modern prophets and apostles, and why their witness matters just as much today as it did 25 years ago. In this episode, you’ll learn:  ✝️ Why The Living Christ matters now and how internalizing its message can change the way you think, repent, and live 📖 How scripture gives us a pattern to truly know Christ, not just believe in Him (D&C 19; D&C 93) 🌍 What modern apostles are teaching today about hope, grace, peace, and preparing for Christ’s Second Coming The testimonies are clear. The witnesses are united. And the invitation is personal.  So the real question is this: How will you testify of Christ starting today? 2025/12/01
What really happens when we die? 💭☁️  This week on Go & Do, Candis Shupe takes us beyond the veil as two prophets—Joseph Smith and Joseph F. Smith—share what they saw and learned about the Spirit World, the Celestial Kingdom, and the powerful truth that death isn’t the end. In this episode, you’ll learn: ✨ What Joseph Smith’s vision of the Celestial Kingdom teaches about God’s mercy, especially for those who never had the chance to make covenants in this life (D&C 137) 👼 What Joseph F.
