Description

When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at The Squeeze—we talk about it—"it" being our mental health and well being. Host Taylor Lautner's (no, not that guy, but she is married to that guy) introduction to mental health was at a young age, witnessing friends and family suffer in ways she couldn't fully understand. She started a nursing career in the peak of the pandemic and has been struggling with her own mental health ever since. Tay is joined co-host, husband Taylor Lautner, in addition to celebrity and expert guests to further the conversation surrounding mental wellness. At the end of the day, we're all pretty similar; even those living in the lime-est of lights can be weighed down by sour lemons. In addition to sharing coping strategies and stories, we hope that above all, this podcast offers the comfort of knowing you are not alone.

Zak and Olivia June Williams: The Cycle Of Grief
2026/09/30
TW: Suicide In this week's episode, Tay sits down with Zak and Olivia June Williams, the couple behind mental wellness brand Pym, in a special episode closing out Suicide Awareness Month! Zak bravely opens up about losing his father Robin Williams to suicide and his journey through grief, PTSD, substance use, and recovery. He reflects on the unique experience of grieving a loved one so publicly, sharing that while the world lost Robin Williams, he lost his dad, and how that affected his ability to grieve privately and has shaped the way he parents his own children. Olivia also bravely shares her own grief journey after losing her sister to suicide, opens up about living with ADHD since her teens, and how discovering amino acid supplementation helped regulate her mood, which ultimately inspired the two of them to spend two years working with food scientists to create Pym together. Olivia shares how she has shown up for Zak through his grief without trying to solve it, and the two get candid about their individual therapy and healing journeys, how they know when the other needs support, and what communication looks like in their relationship. They also get into what it looks like to build something together when both people come into a relationship carrying their own histories of grief, loss, and mental health challenges without expecting the other person to heal you. Angourie Rice and Spike Fearn: The Idea of Love
2026/08/26
In this week's episode, Tay sits down with actors Angourie Rice and Spike Fearn to talk about their new film Finding Emily! They give an inside look at the movie, which follows Owen searching for a woman he barely knows while Emily approaches love from a much more analytical perspective, and share whether they personally lean more toward their characters or the opposite when it comes to romance. Angourie talks about how fun it was to play a character so different from who she is in real life, and Spike opens up about what it was like portraying Owen's unusually soft, sincere, and emotionally open version of masculinity onscreen. They also get into some of the deeper questions the film raises, including whether we are sometimes more attached to our idea of a person than to who they actually are, whether social media makes it easier to genuinely know someone or just gives us more material to build an imagined version of them, and whether love is created by one magical moment or by spending meaningful time together. They also get personal, sharing what rest and self care look like for each of them and how they navigate the emotional letdown that can come after wrapping a film. Watch Finding Emily in theaters beginning August 28th, 2026! Be sure to follow Angourie on https://instagram.com/angourierice/ and Spike on https://instagram.com/spikefearn/! Cameron Rogers: The Honest Side of Motherhood
2026/07/15
In this week's episode, Tay sits down with motherhood and mental health creator, podcast host of Conversations with Cam, and founder Cameron Rogers! Cameron, who is currently pregnant with her third child, opens up about the symptoms she's experienced across her pregnancies, why she swears by pelvic floor therapy, and how every pregnancy and postpartum experience has looked completely different for her. She talks about being very open about her anxiety and intrusive thoughts journey and how medication has helped her live a fuller life. Cameron gets candid about her postpartum experiences and her postpartum depression journey, and shares advice for women navigating pregnancy or postpartum right now. Brooklyn and Bailey: Growing Together Through Different Seasons Part 2
2026/07/08
This week, Tay sits down for part two of a two-part conversation with identical twin influencers and entrepreneurs Brooklyn and Bailey! In last week's episode, they talked about how they got started on social media, handling hate and setting boundaries, Brooklyn's pregnancy journey and postpartum experience, and so much more. This week, Bailey bravely opens up about navigating infertility while her identical twin sister got pregnant easily, sharing how lonely the journey has felt and how it caught her completely off guard. She talks about how infertility has affected her relationship with her husband, including getting to a point where they had to choose to start having fun again instead of letting it feel like a chore. She shares the hardest part mentally and what made her decide to share her story online. Bailey also gets candid about what this season has been like within her relationship with Brooklyn, reflecting on the fact that they've done everything together their whole lives and this is the first thing they truly can't relate on and how it has ultimately made their bond even stronger. They wrap up by sharing what they're each most proud of in the other! Brooklyn and Bailey: Growing Together Through Different Seasons Part 1
2026/07/01
In this week's episode, Tay sits down with identical twin influencers and entrepreneurs Brooklyn and Bailey for part one of a two-part conversation! Brooklyn and Bailey share their background and how they got started on social media, including how their mom was a successful blogger and influencer who inspired it all. They talk about what it's been like posting every single week since they were 13, how they stay motivated to show up so consistently, and how they decide what to share and what to keep private. They also get candid about handling hate on social media, how they each create boundaries with it, and how Bailey struggles more with unplugging while Brooklyn has found it easier to step away. They share some products that have recently changed their lives, and Brooklyn opens up about her pregnancy journey, including a rare cyst she had removed before going on to have a smooth pregnancy and welcoming her son. She shares what her postpartum experience looked like, tips for how to set yourself up for a good postpartum (from assigning tasks to planning meals) and the boundaries she'd recommend setting during that season. She also gets into dealing with mom shamers on social media and what it's been like working as a mom, including why having something for yourself actually makes you a better, more present parent. Tune in next week for part two, where Bailey bravely opens up about her infertility journey! Lexi Hensler: Navigating New Seasons
2026/06/24
In this week's episode, Tay sits down with influencer, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate Lexi Hensler! Lexi shares the story behind her engagement ring and what wedding planning has looked like so far, and reflects on the importance of staying present through so many big life seasons happening at once. She opens up about where her relationship with mental health began and how it has evolved over the years, including how her relationship with anxiety has shifted as she's gotten older and the signs her body and mind give her when it's time to slow down. Lexi also shares where she's at in her healing journey with her autoimmune condition and how she protects her mental health while still showing up online consistently, including the boundaries she sets with social media. She gets candid about navigating people who hold onto older versions of you while you're still evolving, and dives into the inspiration behind starting Hugz, the imposter syndrome that came with launching a business, and what the hardest and most rewarding parts have looked like behind the scenes. She wraps up by sharing what she's most proud of in herself! Be sure to follow Lexi https://instagram.com/lexihensler/!
